Boya Community Centre 119-135 Scott Street, Boya Boya Community Centre consists of a 300m2 room for hire which can be split in half by dividing doors to create two 150m2 hireable spaces. It is a fully accessible facility, complete with kitchen/servery. This venue is not available to be hired for high risk events (including 16th, 18th and 21st birthday parties).

Brown Park Recreation Complex Salisbury Road, Swan View Brown Park Community Centre consists of a Main Hall, Lesser Hall and Committee Room. The Community Centre is a multipurpose indoor recreation facility in which a wide range of programs and activities are held. The venue can be hired for sporting and recreational activities; functions can be held at the nearby Bruce Douglas Pavilion.

Bruce Douglas Pavilion Salisbury Road, Swan View Bruce Douglas Pavilion is situated on the sporting oval at the Brown Park Recreation Complex. This large, modern multipurpose room can be hired for various functions and recreational activities, and can cater for up to 80 people.

Chidlow Consulting Rooms Northcote Street, Chidlow

Chidlow Consulting Rooms are modern and were purpose built. They are strategically located next to the primary school and Child Health Clinic in a lovely bushland setting.

Chidlow Hall Old Northam Road, Chidlow

Chidlow Recreation Pavilion Old Northam Road, Chidlow Completed in March 1995, Chidlow Recreation Pavilion is a modern function venue which is ideal for functions up to 130 people. The facility is centrally located at the Chidlow Recreation Ground and offers first class facilities at a very reasonable price.

Darlington Community Pavilion Owen Road, Darlington Built and funded by the Darlington Sports & Recreation Association WA Inc in 2018, the Darlington Community Pavilion, when not in use by the Sporing Groups, can be hired by the public and is ideal as a meeting room for approximately 65 people. This venue is not available to be hired for high risk events (including 16th, 18th and 21st birthday parties).

Darlington Hall Owen Road, Darlington Opened in 1965, Darlington Hall was originally used as wine cellars for growers in the area. After vineyard operations ceased and the land was subdivided, the cellars were renovated, extended and the building was used as a hall for social and recreational purposes. The building comprises a Main Hall, Lesser Hall and a Mezzanine level. This venue is not available to be hired for high risk events (including 16th, 18th and 21st birthday parties).

Elsie Austin Pavilion Chidlow Street, Mt Helena Elsie Austin Pavilion is a new facility built for community and local sporting groups to enjoy. It comprises a large function room with adjoining kitchen allowing for catering. There is direct access from the pavilion onto the oval, and there are change rooms next door. This venue is not available to be hired for high risk events (including 16th, 18th and 21st birthday parties).

Glen Forrest Hall Marnie Road, Glen Forrest Glen Forrest Hall was built in 1958 and opened in 1960. This hall was considered necessary since the original agricultural hall was too small for the growing population of the area. Glen Forrest Hall, with its large hall area, stage, spacious kitchen and ample parking is considered to be an ideal venue for functions catering up to 80 people. The Hub of the Hills 8 Craig Street, Mundaring The Hub of the Hills is an ideal venue to hold activities and events. The building has reverse cycle air conditioning, a stage and acoustic curtains in the main hall. A commercial grade kitchen and 4 different sized rooms means the Hub is suitable for both small intimate groups or functions. Mount Helena Recreation Centre Keane Street, Mount Helena The Recreation Centre is suitable for large functions of up to 350 people. Bookings are made through Eastern Hills Senior High School on 9573 0200.

Mundaring Arena 50 Mundaring Weir Road, Mundaring Mundaring Arena opened to the public in May 2018 and features international standard 4 court indoor stadium with LED Matrix score boards; function room (with capacity of 200), committee room (with capacity of 30), referee room, first aid room and kiosk. The Arena is fully accessible with external ramps from the car park to the entry, and an internal lift.

Mundaring Hall Nichol Street, Mundaring Mundaring Hall was opened in 1901 and at the time was only the second hall in the entire district. The first Mundaring school established itself at the Hall in 1907 with the furniture being rearranged every Monday morning after weekend dances and functions. With its spacious kitchen facilities and stage, the Hall is an excellent venue for a variety of functions. Mundaring Recreation Ground Pavilion Mundaring Weir Road, Mundaring The Pavilion is located on the grounds previously known as the old Showground. Constructed in 1987 the Pavilion is part of a large recreation facility which includes the oval, arena and basketball and netball courts. With air conditioning and heating, a spacious kitchen, bar area and external courtyard, the Pavilion is an excellent venue for all types of parties and functions. Parkerville Hall Cnr Seaborne & Riley Road, Parkerville The existing Parkerville Hall, built on a former gravel pit, was constructed to replace the original dilapidated, iron walled hall and was opened in 1922 by Premier Sir James Mitchell. Close to local shopping and in the heart of Parkerville, the hall is considered an ideal venue for functions with up to 100 people. Parkerville Recreation Pavilion 580 Seaborne Road, Parkerville The Parkerville Recreation Pavilion was built for use by the seasonal oval users for use during game days and it is available for hire to the community for functions and other activities. The Pavilion is located at the Parkerville Recreation Ground and is an ideal venue for functions up to 80 people. Sawyers Valley Hall Great Eastern Highway, Sawyers Valley The existing hall was opened in 1970 and in 1989 the Shire honoured World War II and Vietnam veterans by installing an Honour Roll in the meeting area of the hall. The hall is a suitable venue for meetings and small functions up to 50 people. A children's playground is located on the far side of the oval and ample shady parking is provided. Swan View Youth Centre Salisbury Road, Swan View

Swan View Youth Centre is a purpose built youth facility, situated on the grounds of the Brown Park Recreation Complex. The centre is available for hire (not available for private parties).

Wooroloo Hall Government Road, Wooroloo Wooroloo Hall was built in 1904 with help from Chidlow residents and has been extended several times to cater for the growing community. The hall has provided a focal point for social activity in the town for many years. The hall is suitable for functions up to 70 people.
