1) Traffic system requests a current copy of the playlist

3) Traffic Operator makes the adjustment

4) Just before submission, Traffic makes a second request for the list and checks to see if the changes are still valid

5) If so, the changes are passed to Automation

6) Automation inserts the changes to the list and confirms back to Traffic

2) Automation returns the list in XML format
