THE COMPANYKIFFE GOLF.

Gregor Kiffe, engineer and golfer is the inventor of the electric trolleys. In 1989 he built the first German electric trolley - initially for his own use. Friends and acquaintances were enthusiastic, and soon a small series production began.

From the very beginning, the name KIFFE has been a synonymous for quality, reliability and longevity among golfers. After Gregor Kiffe retired from active business, the golf division was sold in 2010. Under new management, old values continue to be upheld and converted into customer-oriented products us-ing modern technology.

In our thoughts and actions, we pursue the goal of building technically perfect trolleys that help to make golfing easier.

German Trolley Technology. This is where the trolleys roll out of the factory.

When you arrive at the golf course, you want to be ready to start quickly. For this reason, all KIFFE trol-leys can be set up fast and comfortably.

1 KIFFE trolleys are ready to start in no time at all. You don't lose any time with time-consuming plugging of individual parts together and get to your first drive quickly and relaxed.

2 The trolleys can also be quickly and safely folded up again in one easy step - this supports their longevity, as nothing wears out and saves time during assembly and dismantling.

3 At the touch of a button, the wheels can be released and removed effortlessly for space-saving transport.M

Only KIFFE offers electronics for unrivalled safe-ty in the terrain. The intelligent driving assistance system has sensors that read the course like a professional reads the green.

In inclined positions, the Lane Assistant (from K5) adjusts the speed of both wheels individually and lets the "valley wheel" turn a little faster, so that the trolley also holds the lane at an oblique angle to the slope and counter-steering is not necessary. This makes transporting even a heavy bag completely effortless. Safe and comfortable uphill and downhill: The trol-leys automatically adjust their speed in the terrain depending on the gradient and slow down slightly, for example when driving downhill. But that's not all: the sensors of the terrain assistant become active if there is a risk of overturning in the automatic forerun. If the inclination changes abruptly by more than approx. 25°, they stop the trolley. With this industry-leading technical equipment, KIFFE trolleys of the K5, K6 and K8 series offer unrivalled comfort.

a With KIFFE slope compensationTrolleys with KIFFE slope compensation, standard from the K5, drives in a straight line on slopes also transversely to the slope and keep the lane. There is no need for counter-steering. This is an enormous advantage especially for heavily loaded trolleys.

r Without slope compensationEvery other trolley follows gravity and moves down the slope.

The K5 combines the powerful technology of the K3 with electronic parking brake and automatic forerun for 10 and 20 metres with KIFFE's exclusive chassis sys-tem. This means top performance in any terrain and in any situation.

1. "Lane Assistant": The trolley drives in a straight line even in inclined positions - there is no need for you to counter-steer in a power-sapping manner.2. "Terrain assistant': in automatic forerun or when operated by remote control, the trolley stops when the inclination changes abruptly by more than 25° in order to prevent the trolley from tipping over as far as possible. 3. "Extended cruise control": The trolley regulates the speed when going uphill or downhill - you don't have to adapt to the trolley, it adapts to your natural motion sequence.

The K6 offers all the technical features of the K5 in an ultra-modern, lightweight, yet stable multi-material design made of carbon and steel. The longitudinal and transverse axes as well as the handlebars are made of carbon, while the joints of the connecting parts are made of steel. In this way, the K6 combines the best of all worlds - modern lightweight construction with KIFFE-typical load-bearing capacity and state-of-the-art technology as well as electronics for maximum ease of use.

As with the K6, the KIFFE K8 combines steel and car-bon to create a highly elegant, lightweight and equally stable chassis, while state-of-the-art electronics pro-vide unrivalled comfort that no other electric trolley on the golf market offers. The K8 is the only e-trolley on the golf market to feature sensor steering for the most comfortable cornering experience. A light push on the sensor handle is all it takes for the trolley to automatically move in the desired direction. If you want to run relaxed next to your K8 and still keep it on course, use the included remote control. The K8 is programmed in such a way that it can be operated both with remote control and manually.

Cell oxidation is influenced by various factors. For example, the temperature and state of charge of the rechargeable battery. Thus, the service life also depends on the individual use and the external conditions. How long a rechargeable lithium battery functions well depends on the processing, the use and the operating temperature. A rechargeable lithium battery rewards careful handling with a longer service life. In winter it is best to store your rechargeable battery as follows: The recharge-able battery should be fully charged. Remove the charger from the rechargeable battery. Protect the rechargeable battery from mois-ture and store it in a dark and cool place.

We recommend about 15 to 20 degrees, for example in the cellar.

It should also be noted:Avoid temperatures above 40°C or frost, avoid complete discharge, store the rechargeable battery correctly when taking long breaks (e.g. in winter) to exclude mechanical damage.

THE TRANSPORT.

THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY.

Handy 2-pocket system.

Highest rechargeable battery performance requires good care.

The ageing of lithium-ion rechargeable batteries is caused by cell oxidation. This causes the electrodes to lose their ability to store lithium ions, which are necessary for the flow of current.

We also recommend removing the wheels at least once a month and blowing out the axle mount with air. The use of water or lu-bricants is also superfluous here. Remove the rechargeable battery before cleaning. In any case, avoid water coming into the control unit, rechargeable battery connection and electronic components.

Running water or even high-pressure clean-ers are not suitable for gently cleaning an electric trolley. Please do not use abrasive or sharp cleaning agents or oils or greases during cleaning. All components of the trolley are designed in such a way that greases are dispensable, on the contrary rather coun-terproductive.

THE CLEANING.For the longevity of the trolley.

Fold the handlebar all the way down, remove the wheels and fold up the trolley. With a few simple steps, the trolley can be transported in no time at all.Your trolley is perfectly stored and protected in the KIFFE frame bag. There is a separate wheel bag for the wheels. Thanks to the 2-pocket system, the mostly dirty wheels do not even come into contact with the frame of your trolley.

The two bags are easier to store for travel than a large bag. The bags are available as standard for the K6 and K8 models and as special accessories for all other models.

During transport, please ensure that all pack-ages are secured and do not slip or fall over. Please pay special attention to the recharge-able battery: it should always be transported protected against moisture and shocks.

Your KIFFE is looking forward to your away game and can be transported easily and comfortably.

You have purchased a quality product that requires hardly any maintenance. Nevertheless, it makes sense to know what is good for your KIFFE and what is not. Ideally, clean your trol-ley after the round with compressed air and a damp cloth.
