Based on In-vitro and In-vivo assay findings aqueous and ethanolic leaves extract of Murraya koenigii and Hibiscus rosa sinensis Linn showed antibacterial effect against E. coli and Staph. aureus.

Methanolic extract of C. auriculata bark showed significant hypoglycemic effect with improvement against Alloxan induced diabetes.
