Regular meetings are conducted on every Sunday toidentify their area of difficulty.

Individual counselling is done by mentors to solve theproblems of the students.

Academic and social problems are taken care of bymentors to ensure optimum regularity.

Identify students’ financial constraints and offer themvarious scopes and guide them to overcome suchissues.

Take a feedback of various activities conducted in thecollege and to guide the trainees for furtherimprovement in that regard.

Inform the up coming activities in the college andinstruct them various things to prepare in advance.

Special Mentoring

For English Language: Some students namely Ravilal,Narmada, Ranjan were weak in English and it was difficult forthem to cope up. After regular mentoring, these students arenow able to converse in English.

For TKT: Some students like Akanksha, Kangan, Kirti, Komalwere motivated for clearing TKT. Out of these students 2students cleared the exam with Band-3 while other 2 withBand-2

For SCOPE: 27 students were motivated and trained toappear in SCOPE exam out of which 25 students cleared theexam and 2 students remained absent due to some reasons.

Extension Through Co-Curricular Activities

• Encouragement, Guidance and Support forparticipation in Co-Curricular Activities

• Providing proper platform for the exhibition ofone’s co-curricular talent

Celebration of Festivals / Days

• Almost all the religious festivals have beencelebrated enthusiastically

• Teacher trainees have also celebrated variousdays which will be memorable moments forthem in future.

WDC Activities

• Women’s Development Activities like invitedexpert lectures, women awareness programmesand Women’s Entrepreneurship Day also will bemotivational and useful for all the womentrainees.

Healthy Competition Through Best Lesson

• To encourage healthy competition among theteacher trainees, the Faculty of Education alsoorganized ‘Best Lesson Competition’

NGO Activities

• Visits to various NGOs were organized tosensitize the teacher trainees with varioussocial issues.
