The objective of the project is to enhance security and protection of CRISTAL employees and assets by providing thereplacement of existing security gatehouses with improved facilities. It will improve the working condition and makethe gatehouses in full compliance with the company and government standards. The main scope is to provide newgatehouses to replace the existing, construct new sunshades, new search facility buildings, communication room,electrical room and toilet, ID Office and all the required utility services, therein.

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Assisting Project Manager for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project &

responsible for the outcome (success or failure) of the project. Involved in planning, controlling and monitoring, and also managing and directing the assigned project

resources to best meet project objectives. Controls and monitors “triple constraints” project scope, time and cost (quality) in managing completing project

requirements. Collects metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed)

& reports on project progress and other project specific information.
