Charge: NYS Penal Law Section 160.15 sub 2 - Robbery in the First Degree The above subjects were arrested on above charge after entering the GNC Store at the Clifton County Mall in the Town of Clifton Park and forcibly stealing cash. During the commission of the crime, Fairbanks did display a loaded shotgun. Both subjects were taken into custody and processed at the Milton Station. They were arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Hughes in the Town of Clifton Park Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail without bail. They are to return on 03/25/2015 to answer.
