A resolution to approve the renewal and revision of the Fairfield

County Prevention, Retention, and Contingency Plan

WHEREAS, Fairfield County Job and Family Services PRC plan creates the authority for counties to deliver benefits and services to more effectively

serve the residents of our community; and

WHEREAS, The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services requires

biennial renewal plans to be approved by resolution of the Fairfield County

Board of Commissioners; and

WHEREAS, Fairfield County Job and Family Services has determined

amendments are necessary to more effectively serve the residents of our

community; and

WHEREAS, the Community Advisory and Planning Panel Statutory Advisory

Group has reviewed and approved the Fairfield County Job and Family

Services PRC plan; and

WHEREAS, Fairfield County Job and Family Services provided a copy of the revised plan to the Fairfield County Board of Commissioners.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY

COMMISSIONERS, COUNTY OF FAIRFIELD, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That the Fairfield County Board of Commissioners, hereby,

approve the attached, revised PRC Plan, effective September 1, 2017.
