WATERGUARD I - The top surface of the roof / terrace can be coated with an insulating

coating which provides excellent durability and UV resistant. This will give an excellento

property to cool down the temperature minimum 8 to 10 C. It has an excellent frost

resistance and can be used as a thermal insulating coating on the exterior wall surfaces.

It has good flexibility and durability ideal for heating and cooling without cracking.

FAIRPLASTER E (I) - This product can be applied at the interiors of the wall, which will give

insulating property that will maintain the inner temperature. Also, it has excellent

bonding with the cement based substrates and gives more durability. [For more

FAIRCOAT INSULTECH - This is a unique protective coating product which provides a

protective thermal barrier on the putty and can enhance the climatic conditions and

OW IT WORKS AGAINST SOLAR ENERGY ?

hen solar radiation strikes on uncoated roof, it is converted into Infra Red radiation. This

FAIRCOAT INSULTECH has maximum thermal heat reflectivity properties which reflect

WATERGUARD I has got a high reflectivity when applied on roof and building exteriors. I
