What is Fairtrade Africa?
Fairtrade Africa (formerly AFN) is a member of Fairtrade International and represents producers from all regions of the continent. In 2010, the network organized the first Fairtrade Africa Forum held in Zimbabwe. African producers gathered to share best practices and train on improving business.

How does Fairtrade Africa operate?
Fairtrade Africa operates three regional networks: •Eastern Africa Network based in Nairobi, Kenya •West Africa Network based in Accra, Ghana•Southern Africa Network based in Cape Town, South Africa. •A new network for North Africa & Middle East has been established by Fairtrade certified producers
