1) Could the Citys recent ethics reforms be better enforced?ABSOULELY!!!

Should there be more of a focus on potential conflicts of interest among City

Council members as well as City staff?YES!!! I WILL INSTILL"ABSOLUTELY NOT BEING ABLE TO BE PART OF ANY BOARD OR

UTILITY THAT A CITIZEN PAYS FOR IN THE "HOME PLACE"!!!

2) Whats your opinion on encouraging economic development and

cultural/nature programming via public/private partnerships, especially

where public land, such as Hemisfair Park, is concerned?No Answer

3) Should the city establish an independent police monitor to better oversee the

San Antonio Police Department?NO Why?FUNDING IS BEING CUT

DRASTICALLY IN THE COMING FISCAL YEAR or why not?WE NEEDALL RESOURCES TO BETTER PROTECT OUR CHIDREN BY SHOWING

5) How can the City support sustainable transportation options?BYREDUCING THE COST OF FARES!!!

6) What value do you think the arts (visual, performing, literary, etc) bring toSan Antonio? GREAT VALUE!!!In what ways can the City support local arts

protect LGBT citizens?EMPHATICALY!!! WhyWE ARE THE ONLY CITY

THAT DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE "LGBT"PERSONS IN THE

MUNICIPAL CODE!!! I AM LIVID ABOUT THIS!!! or why not? THE

REASON FOR THIS IS BECAUSE NO MAYOR UNTIL I GET ELECTEDWANTS THAT ON THIS ON THEIR RESUME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

8) Is Animal Care Services doing enough to increase its live-release rate?NO!!!

Is ACS' public-private partnership model is working?NO!!! If not, what else

could be done?ANIMAL CARE NEEDS TO IMPROVE IN ALL PHASES!!!

10) Is the Citys million-dollar incentive for the creation of a downtown grocery

DO NOT IMPOSE TAXES,RATE HIKES, OR A SELF ABSOARBED,

PERSONAL ADGENDA PUSHING MISSION ON THE CITZENS DURING ASTILL IN EFFECT RECESSION; WHICH IS THE DEFINITION OF THE

CURRENT PERSON NAMED JULIAN CASTRO!!!!! IF IT SOUNDS LIKE I

WAS VENTING, I WAS, WITH TOUGH LOVE IN DISGUISE!!!
