Come out and join in the fun with Sande Irwin of Earth Rhythms as she facilitates the groove using african djem-bes, world percussion, and homemade instruments. Women’s Recreation Volleyball (18+)

Looking for an Evening Out? All Players must be 19 years or older at the start of the Season. Minimum 8 players per roster and maximum of 12 players per team. Each team will only play 1 evening per week. Games will be played on a rotating Schedule. Payment for teams must be in by October 1st.

Woman’s Beginning Self - Defense (14+)

Course is designed to reach women aged 16 and up who have had no or very little exposure to self defense training. Girls 14 and up are welcome ONLY when accompanied by another adult female. HOMEO CARE 1.0—The Treatment of Common Conditions Using Homeopathic Medicines (18+)

This class is intended to empower you to be able to treat common conditions at home. Upon completion the class, you will have the tools to treat concerns such as colds and flus, bumps and bruises, bites and stings, hangovers and indigestion, etc. using 100% safe homeopathic medicines that do not interact with medications. Rosina’s Night Out (14+)

A lot of people say food usually tastes better when some-one else cooks it for you, but where’s the fun in that? There’s nothing like putting on your apron and trying out a recipe for the first time. Join us at the executive chef’s Kitchen at Rosina’s for a great four week course featuring how to prepare appetizers, Entrees, Desserts and Features. Introduction To Hand Drumming (18+)

Proper techniques and simple rhythms are taught in this 4 week course using an African Djembe Drum. Learn how the drum can aid in relaxation, meditation, and pure joy. Feel comfortable playing with others in a drumcircle by learning how to layer different grooves. Learn how world percussion adds the spice to a drumcircle. No experience necessary.
