Are you looking to burn a maximum amount of calories in 45 minutes? Our Spinning class is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Beginners are welcome at any class. You control your own ride!
This fun and challenging class is a great cardio workout. Whether you choose one, two or no risers this class will have your heart rate pumping.
STEP SENSATION:
Great cardio workout focusing on step combinations that can be modified for specific fitness needs.
STEP INTERVAL:
This class allows you to increase your cardio endurance with basic power steps, while incorporating a variety of resistance exercises.
Designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO.” Zumba features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence!
