Grief Support Sessions Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm 4 Sessions Starts November 5th Learn skills for dealing with the holidays when you have lost a loved one. Train Your Brain: Exercises in Mindful Productivity & Practice Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm 5 Sessions Starts September 30th Sharpen your attention through meditation – hone your focus through a single work task of your choice – and find peer support through group discussion. Transition Tuesdays Tuesdays 4 - 5pm 6 Sessions Starts September 22nd A 6-session group for students navigating a new environment. Topics such as time management, sleep, healthy eating, and roommate issues will be discussed.
