The School QI Process• All School QI Data should be entered online by 11/14/14• There is still 2 options for data entry

– Someone from the district enters all of the schools themselves through the district contact login

– Each school will enter their own data• This year, there is a generic database with access only to

your district’s school QI data (http://laspdg.org/sl/)• Each district has a unique password that will be included

in the directions that are emailed to you

Complete LEA QI• At this time, you will complete the LEA Level QI as a team• Each of you have hard copies in your folder• Use your ipad or laptop to input your answers– Go to www.laspdg.org– Online Reporting– Log in as District Contact– Enter email address and password– Click on the 2nd option (Enter/Edit Data for LEA Level QI)
