'Message in a Bottle' Message in a bottle is a national scheme, free to the user, in which people keep essential personal and medication details in a small bottle in the fridge. Paramedics, fire-fighters and social services know to look in the fridge when they see a Message in a Bottle sticker on a front door. Helpful if a cared-for person has a condition that can suddenly change so they need urgent or other medical help.
