The subject property is located at 184 Main Street in Woodville,Mississippi and has limited competition as it is one of only twodollar markets in the city. Woodville is a town in South EasternMississippi. It is currently the County Seat of Wilkinson County,and has a famous historic background as it is host to theWoodville Republican, which is the oldest surviving business inMississippi.
