Carerandparentrelationshipscontributepositivelytorestorationandtorelationalpermanency(CWIG,2015,Hojer,2009)

Childrenincareneedandwantongoingrelationshipswiththeirparentsandbenefitfromthese.Earlyattachmentsendureandhelpchildrendevelopandgrow.Childrenneedtobelongtotheirfamilies(Create2014,Biehal,2014Baker,2016)

Siblingrelationshipsareimportantforallchildren,whethertheyareinoroutofcare(Create,2015)

Parentsarejustasabletofocusonchildren'sneedsthanotherstakeholders(Rossetal,2017)
