Family First Nights – take your family to the best of London theatre for just £5 a ticket.Monday 25th July – Monday 29th August 2011

Dear Family,Mousetrap Theatre Project’s invites you and your family to take part in Family First Nights this summer. You can enjoy one of 18 great theatre productions across London with all tickets just £5. And this year we are excited to be offering family workshops; attend with your family and gain an insight into the show before you see it and make the most of your day out! Families can include parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, guardians and carers, but half the group MUST be young people between 3 and 16.We work in partnership with 500 social service agencies and charities across London whose representatives identify families they think would like to go to the theatre. Only families contacted by one of our partners can participate.

To take part, please complete the application form in this leaflet and post it to us. We’ll book the theatre tickets for you and send you a letter confirming all the details. It couldn’t be easier! If you have any problems completing the application, please contact the organisation that gave you the leaflet so they can help.

I do hope you and your family will take part in Family First Nights – and enjoy a special opportunity to see outstanding theatre this summer.

How to BookPlease read the following conditions very carefully before completing the application form:

• Strictly one application per family.• At least half the group must consist

of young people between the ages of 3 – 16.

• Please check the age recommendation carefully before choosing your shows.

• You have the choice of 3 different shows, but you will only be able to attend one production.

• As tickets are limited we cannot guarantee to give you your first choice, but we will do our very best.

• We will try to confirm your booking by post within 3 weeks of receiving your application, along with directions to the theatre.

• Once tickets are confirmed, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• Please note – Due to the high volume of administration, cheques will not be paid in immediately and may take several weeks to process. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your bank account.

Mousetrap Theatre Projects cannot be held responsible for any letters or cheques that are lost in the post.

Please note that West End shows can close at short notice and therefore we cannot guarantee that every show will be available for the duration of the programme. If a show closes, we will do our best to offer an alternative.
