FamiPort取票說明

1. 每筆訂單需收取手續費25元，且每筆限購4張票。

2. 可取票時間：網站購票並付款完成後，可立即至全家便利商店FamiPort機台取票。恕不得以購票證明等其他非正式票券之憑證要求入場。

3. 全家便利商店FamiPort機台之設置店舖查詢：http://www.famiport.com.tw/shop.asp?page=6

4.取票流程：至全家便利商店FamiPort 機台點選「票券＞展演娛樂＞FamiTicket＞取票」後，請輸入「取票號碼」及「訂購人身分證字號／護照號碼」，確認訂單無誤後，即可列印FamiPort繳費單至櫃台取票。

5.FamiPort 繳費單列印後，請務必於10分鐘內至店舖櫃台完成取票，逾時未取，該張繳費單即失效，請重新操作繳費單列印流程。

1. When collecting your ticket via the FamiPort server, pickup fee is NT$25 / per transaction, which

can be paid by means of cash at FamilyMart convenience store. Each order has the limit of up to 4

tickets.

2. Please go to any FamilyMart in Taiwan to pick up the formal ticket before you attend events.

3. Ticket retrieval process via the FamiPort server : Tickets ＞ Event and Entertainment ＞ FamiTicket System ＞ Ticket Retrieval ＞ click Ticket retrieval reminders and press confirm ＞ entering the “Ticket Retrieval Number” and “Passport Number” , and click the order which you want to collect also printout

of the ticket retrieval remittance slip. After that, please present the ticket retrieval remittance slip to

make a payment at the store counter, and collect the formal ticket within 10 minutes.

2.請選擇「展演娛樂」

Click 「 Event and Entertainment」

「展演娛樂」を選択

3.請選擇「FamiTicket」

Click「 FamiTicket」

「FamiTicket」を選択

4.選擇「取票」

Click「 Ticket Retrieval」

「取票」選択

5.請仔細閱讀「購票須知」

Click ticket retrieval reminders and press confirm

ボックスをチェック、「同意」を選択

6.請輸入「取票號碼」

Entering 「 Ticket Retrieval Number」

「取票番号」を入力下さい

7.請輸入「身分證字號/護照號碼」

Entering「 Passport Number」

「パスポート番号」を入力下さい

8.請確認「取票明細」，再按下「列印繳費單」

您可按「重新輸入」輸入其他取票號碼，或按「回首頁」重新操作。

「取票明細」内容を確認し，「列印繳費單」を押してください。

入力し直すは「重新輸入」を押してください，か「回首頁」を押してスタートから戻る。

9.請列印小白單至櫃台取得正式票券 Please present the ticket retrieval remittance slip to make a payment

at the store counter, and collect the formal ticket within 10 minutes.

印刷されたレシートを１０分以内にカウンターに持って

支払完了させてください。チケットを受け取れます。
