We encourage all Season Ticket Holders to review this information, especially new Season Ticket Holders for 2011. As always, if you have any questions about your season tickets or any of the information below, do not hesitate to contact the ticket office.

dIsClaImerAll season ticket sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be made. Season ticket accounts cannot be transferred or split, except as specifi-cally permitted in limited circumstances under the “Pass It On Transfer Program” described on this page. The Patriots suggest that Season Ticket Holders detach the proper ticket for the game they are attending and leave remaining tickets at home. Please carefully read the disclaimer on the back of your tickets. Tickets obtained from sources other than the New England Patriots or Ticketmaster may be tickets that have been reported lost or stolen, have been revoked by the Patriots, or have been illegally resold or counterfeited, and in such cases will not be honored. Season tickets are revocable licenses that may be revoked by the Patriots in their sole discretion, and that do not confer any ownership or leasehold rights. Please see the back of your tickets for additional terms and conditions. Use of tickets for advertising or promotional purposes (or other commercial use, such as contests or sweepstakes) is prohibited without the Patriots’ written consent.Important Note: Dates and times of games, as well as opponents, are subject to change by the NFL in its sole discretion or as a result of other events beyond the NFL’s control. If any game is cancelled and not replayed, the sole and exclusive remedy is a refund in accordance with league policies.

The Patriots retain the exclusive right to settle, in their sole discretion, any and all disputes concerning the identity of the Season Ticket Holder of record. Season Ticket Holders will be liable for any losses or damages caused by prohibited conduct, including liability to the Patriots, for any unauthorized use of tickets for advertising or promotional purposes.

replaCement tICket polICYIf a ticket can be replaced, it must be done in the manner specified below. Only the Season Ticket Holder of record, with proper identification (driver’s license, passport, or state identification card) can obtain replacement tickets. A copy of the police report must be presented to the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office prior to a replacement ticket(s) being issued.

patrIots tICket exChange (see enclosed brochure in your ticket packge)Season Ticket Holders who cannot attend a regular season home game may post their tickets on Patriots Ticket Exchange for sale to other Season Ticket Holders and waiting list members at face value. Under this service, the selling ticket holder will receive face value for their tickets and will not be held responsible for the conduct of individuals who purchase tickets through Patriots Ticket Exchange. However, the purchaser of the tickets will be responsible for the use and conduct of the patron who attends the game and will be subject to all stadium rules and regulations in connection with the ticket and its use. Patriots Ticket Exchange is not available for preseason games. Please visit Patriots.com and click on “Tickets” to post your tickets or to learn more about Patriots Ticket Exchange.

patrIots pass It on transFer programThe Pass It On Transfer Program provides individual Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to transfer their seats to one or more immediate family members for FREE. plaYoFF tICket optIonSeason Ticket Holders in good standing will be given the option to purchase seats for any 2011 season playoff game hosted by the Patriots at Gillette Stadium.
