Modules can be purchase individually. Some modules have integrated functionality and

must be purchased together.

12) Can I purchase source code for PrismERP Applications?

Yes, source code can be purchased for each of the modules. Modifications to the original

source code will affect the maintenance contract of base applications. PrismERP provides a

way for you to customize your modules without affecting the base applications.

13) How much would be the cost if I want to purchase the application with source

code?

It is Negotiable. In the time contract it would be fixed by Divine IT Limited.

14) Does PrismERP offer customization?

Yes. Customer can demand for customization of PrismERP if want. Divine IT has a long

term plan to improve PrismERP by increasing its new and add-ons features and

functionality. If the roadmap is suitable for the customer, new customized feature(s) can

easily received by the customer on time. If customer has a hurry or the requirement(s) is not

common one, then customer need to pay to customization. Divine IT team then evaluate the

price after taking the customization requirement(s).

15) Can our current data be converted to the new ERP sys tem?

Options are available in most cases that will allow your current data to be converted to the

new ERP system. PrismERP helps you by providing you standard templates from where you

can let PrismERP fetch data into its system. PrismERP consultant can discuss the options

that are available more in-depth.

16) How many users can get access in PrismERP?

The number of users is not restricted in PrismERP. The administrator can create new users,

and there is no limit to the number of users. The number of users who can log-on to the

features. PrismERP uses MySQL Server by default, which can house many terabytes of

data. So no matter how much your inputs grow, PrismERP is capable to scale without

changing the database. Feature and functionality wise also PrismERP is fully scalable. Your

formulas, batches, inventory etc information need to be entered once and can be scaled

whenever required.

21) How long does PrismERP implementation take?

PrismERP are licensed and installed on a "per processor" basis, meaning that the number of

concurrent users which can access the system is unlimited. This is an advantage to the

growing enterprise because your yearly ERP budget is fixed and not dependent on the

addition of users as your business expands. The PrismERP license requires participation in

our Annual Maintenance program, which provides you with all product updates as well as

access to acclaimed support.

PrismERPis developed using the latest web 2.0 technology that recognized by technology

inventors and users worldwide. Current world assume these technologies will last and

update for next century. Tool used in PrismERP development are Python, PHP,

SQLalchemy and jQuery.

Though PrismERP is developed using the web technology but it is also provides desktop

client interface facility for desktop based users. Tools used in desktop interface development

are Qt and PyQt.

40) Why are you using python for developing your ERP system? What will be the

future of this platform?

There are three popular Frameworks: DJAANGO, ZOPE. ZOPE is most featured. But for our

purpose DJ ANNO is best.

We modify the Model Layer and create our own framework furinaPy. We use Form Encode

for Validation (it is the number one tool in Validation).

For data connectivity, our framework uses SQLALCHEMY. It can easily convert SQL

commands and DB structure to any database like MySQL, ORACLE and MS SQL SERVER.

It can not convert 100%, some verification required.

We choose Python for our development, because of:

Code can manage efficiently. PHP runs with error, but Python and other languages

run without error. For error they shows error message.

Python can run on both Microsoft and Linux platform. MAC OS Client PC can also

access Python developed system through its Web Browser.

41) Why are you us ing MySQL as default database? Does it compatible wi th other

databases too?

Why MySQL:

It is Free and Easy to Use and Manage. No License required, so cost effective.

Our system is secured by Machine Level Access from Operating System (use Linux).

Web Server Secured by its own Security (User need to update time to time from the

Web Server Provider).

MySQL has capacity to store 8 GB in a single table. In our experienced, it is huge

and one 10,000 (ten thousand) employees organization can create only 90-100 MB

(accurately 96 MB) data size by its Regular Attendance (300 days per year x 10000

employees x 2 time x 16 bytes per day 4+4 bytes per date and another 4+4 for ID

and CODE).

Our System runs from Python Code and Report from BIRT Reporting Server. So, we

need not huge or robust Database for processing any business from Database.

We connect and manage multiple Databases from our System (Python Code). So,

MySQL is enough to run the system.

Data Backup and Restore service is managed from the System (Python Code).

The system is compatible with ORACLE and MS SQL SERVER.

43) What reporting tools and options are available in PrismERP?

The PrismERP reporting tools include standard reports and customized Reports. These

reports provide elaborated details of the entire operational procedures through the use of

various search filters thereby furnishing the postulated details to the users. We are using

BIRT server as part of PrismERP reporting tools which has all extended features to develop

advanced reports.

44) How do you measure the speed of the system after running the application for few

years?

Divine IT Limited measures its product speed and performance continuously. Application

response and report generation time measure by a dedicated team. They use performance

softwares for the purpose. For, HR & Payroll, Employee payroll generation is a monthly

schedule for a company. Divine IT Team successfully can generate 20,000 (twenty

thousand) employees payroll with in 10 seconds. Average page generation time is 1-2
