Proceeds from the event benefit United Way of the Columbia-Willamette and support a wide variety of critical programs that help change lives right here in the community where we live and work.

Pumpkin Ridge is the site where Tiger Woods became the first player in history to win a third consecutive U.S. Amateur Championship title. It is where Allison Nicholas in 1997 and Hillary Lunke in 2003 won the United States Women’s Open Championship. It was also rated in Golf Magazine’s Top 100 Places You Can Play and is the current home to the LPGA’s Safeway Classic.

Over the last 15 years, many players have enjoyed participating in the Far West Fibers Classic, including business and civic leaders from both the local area and from around the country.
