Exquisitely prepared by chefs Matt & Alicia Lunde and served in this beautiful setting on Fairfield Pond. Enjoy the sunset and campfire, sit on the swings, listen to the loons and nature.

Chilled raspberry soup with mascarpone Stoplight tomato salad with burrata or a fresh garden salad

Chicken, smoked and grilled with fresh vegetable succotash, new potatoes, and bread

Chocolate mousse with a graham cracker crumble and raspberry sauce
