We were select - ed from an impressive shortlist of candidates because the client was confident in our exten- sive experience with successfully compleng commercial projects, our aenon to detail and our philosophy of a strong management ethos. The client was also confident in the knowledge that we would allocate a dedicated team of highly skilled professionals to their project. THE SOLUTION We were tasked with the challenge of com- pleng a large scale Fit-Out (21,000 sf) with a strict budget and a short me line. Our project managers created a strict development sched- ule with clearly defined project milestones. We strongly believe that implemenng an integrated risk and value management iniave enabled us to achieve a successful outcome. In order to generate cost effecve soluons to some complex problems our dynamic team of professionals applied a successful collaborave approach which insured the me line was met.

HIGHLIGHTSOur experienced team worked in partnership with our client on this large scale head office refurbish-ment (21,000 sf) in order to transform their office into a modern collaborative work space. Capquest were extremely pleased that we were able to complete the project on budget whilst maintaining an early conclusion to the final account which was settled seven days before our agreed completion date. We successfully worked with Capquest to recon-figure the existing office space, making it more efficient whilst also allowing for future growth of the firm. In the early stages of the project we expe-rienced a two week delay due to complications on the client side. Amazingly, our specialist team were able to keep ahead of Capquest’s timeline – deliv-ering within the original twelve weeks of start time. Our proactive approach to risk management em-powered our team leaders to implement solutions that were the most cost effective and environmen-tally friendly.
