around easy and you will find the town well-served with shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. For a change, visit the Rose Green Centre of Art and Craft, or take a day trip to the Lurgashall Winery.

Farrell House, Bognor Regis, West SussexFarrell house sleeps eight people. There are two wheelchair-accessible bedrooms on the ground floor – one twin with an electric profiling bed and one single – along with an accessible bathroom. The first floor has a twin bedroom, a triple bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen is not provided.

The specially adapted, fitted kitchen has height-adjustable work surfaces and is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. A tumble dryer is available in the garage.

This property has a large open-plan lounge/dining area and a ramp makes it easy to access the secluded leafy garden for alfresco dining or simply relaxing.

All Livability self-catering holiday accommodation has central heating and comes complete with a TV with Freeview, a DVD player, a CD player/radio, and a telephone – local and national calls are free.
