Delhi is the largest commercial centre in northern India and many multinational companies have already established themselves within the region. The region also acts as a hub for the automobile industry. Many major automobile companies have established manufacturing centres in the region, such as Hero MotoCorp, India Yamaha Motor Private Limited and Maruti Suzuki, one of the oldest passenger car makers in India. Founded at the heart of New Delhi, the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre is a world-class venue, which hosts a variety of prestigious national and international exhibitions.

The seventh edition of Fastener Fair India was held in Mumbai from 25-26 April 2019, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. The two-day event hosted 199 exhibitors. The majority of exhibitors were India-based companies. However, many exhibitors were non-domestic, namely from China, Taiwan, Germany, South Korea, USA and Singapore.

A highly qualified audience of 5,192 was on hand to view a comprehensive range of industrial fasteners and fixings, assembly and installation systems, storage and logistics services, fastener manufacturing technology and construction fixings.

The specialised exhibition for the fastener and fixing industry attracted visitors from many key industry sectors, including mechanical engineering, automotive industry and hardware retailing. Distributors, wholesalers and retailers were also in attendance. These visitors echoed the current economic trend in India: Forecasts indicate that, as a growing economy, India has huge potential for international businesses from around the world. The overwhelming number of visitors at the exhibition entrances ensured exhibitors were delighted with the business they did from start to finish.

As in previous years, Fastener Fair India 2019 was co-located with BLECH India 2019. India’s premier exhibition for Sheet Metal Working attracted 159 exhibitors from 15 countries, with 5,017 trade visitors.

Sales for Fastener Fair India 2020 have been strong, alongside the prospect of the largest ever Fastener Fair event in New Delhi. Exhibition Manager, Martin Clarke, comments ‘companies from both India and the wider world have recognised Fastener Fair India as a must-attend event for the industry. India’s buoyant economy mirrors the exhibition’s progress, with the show growing year on year.’

will take place from 24 – 25 June 2020 at the venue Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City, with +3,500

The International Trade Fair for Fasteners and Fixing Technology FASTENER POLAND® will be held for the fourth time on 24th-25th November at the EXPO Krakow. The exhibitors and visitors will have opportunity to present their offer, target potential business partners, initiate cross-border contacts and long-lasting co-operations. Trade show will be accompanied by interesting seminars, workshops and conferences, including the Fasteners Forum, Career and Agent Area.

The trade fair attracts more and more interest every year. Last year edition, 43% of all visitors came from abroad to look for new suppliers in Kraków. This huge potential is increasingly recognized by domestic exhibitors, who have good reason to feel glad today. Only in 2018, domestic exports of fastening elements increased by 19% to a level of PLN 1.8 billion (around 455.4 million USD), the fastest growth rate in 8 years.

Taiwan International Fastener Show

The scale of the world's third largest and Asia's second largest Taiwan International Fastener Show 2020 has reached a new high. Currently, more than 420 manufacturers will use nearly 1,200 booths. In addition to extending the exhibition area to the conference rooms and corridors on the third floor, an outdoor exhibition area has been planned for the first time. Various fasteners, screws, nuts, production equipment, fastener tools, molds, testing equipment and wire-related products and services will be exhibited. Interested vendors are welcome to visit and register in advance.

The last exhibition attracted 2,193 international buyers from 73 countries, which is 10% higher than the previous exhibition. The number of domestic and foreign visitors exceeded 30,000. In 2020, fastener companies from Germany, Belgium, Spain, Singapore and Hong Kong have registered for the exhibition. The degree of internationalization will increase.

In addit ion to the exchanges dur ing the exhibition, the Global Fastener Summit is also an important platform for exchange between attendees. This year will focus on the development and innovation of fastener products, explore the application of fasteners in the automotive, aerospace, and medical industries, and invite global industry leaders to come to Taiwan to promote the industry.
