What it does: Rents out extremely high-end cars, such as Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Bentleys and

Aston Martins for short-term and long-term leases (from one day to one month). It also runs

driving experience events where participants can drive a “sampler menu” of exotic cars.

Why it’s growing: Gotham Dream Cars started with one Ferrari in a garage and the founders

made all of the deliveries. They organically grew the company by re-investing profits–and

today the fleet consists of 22 cars and is worth $4 million.

What’s noteworthy: The three founders of the company–Noah Lehmann-Haupt, Raefer

Gabriel, and Rob Ferretti are all under 30 years of age.
