Executive Summary

In the year 2010, the doors to Mobile Money business opened in Nigeria for the first

time with the Central Bank of Nigeria Licensing about 24 Mobile Money Operators

which include Virtual Terminal Network, U-Mo, amongst others.

Fastrak Integrated Services, having studied the Virtual Terminal Network platform, its

products, market size and security, thought it wise to invest in this giant company. In

August, 2011, we acquired VTN License as Master Agent/Instructor via our Managing

Director, Agbim Martins, with number 1282.

As the ‘PIONEER’ we started organizing seminars on VTN Mobile Money. Our first

event was held on 19th November, 2011 at Genesis Hotels, Rumuogba, Port Harcourt,

Rivers State. The event witnessed huge turns up of Prospective VTN Master Agents,

Merchants and customers. Questions were asked and we answered some and forwarded

some to VTN for review.

With the success of the first Master Agent training, we moved on to organized other

events which took us to different state of the federation including Abia, Imo, Anambra,

Delta, Bayelsa, etc. We had a total of sixteen events and about 57 registered Master

Agents plus host of unregistered prospective agents, merchants and customers. See

appendix 1 and 2.

Since our first event, we have become a contact point for most of the VTN Agents both

the ones we trained and those who got to know about us on their own. One question

been asked by most of them is where to buy the much needed VTN reload card. To

bridge this gap, Fastrak Integrated Services is making this timely move to upgrade to

Super-Agent Level in Virtual Terminal Network. This will help in making the Reload

card available to Master Agents for sales and to end user.

FASTRAK INTEGRATED SERVICES is Information and Communication

Firm located in Port Harcourt Nigeria. It was registered on September 22, 2011

with registration number RV 126886.

FASTRAK as VTN Mobile Money Agent, provide timely and efficient

marketing and distribution of VTN products such as reload card, e-pin, VCASH

online integration on Merchants websites, training and consultancy.

We also provide a broad range of ICT supports, including design, management,

and deployment relevant to your business needs to reduce your costs, and

increase your competitiveness in today's global economy. Our strategic

partnerships with leading ICT providers allow us to leverage your business

through high quality services and solutions.

So far, many customers are using our products and satisfy with our deliverables.

We have many years of experiences with NGOs, Shops, Supermarkets, Foreign

customers, Universities and so on.

TARGET MARKET.

Fastrak Integrated Services is dedicated to providing marketing of mobile money

products (Reload Card, E-pin, Etc) and consulting services to VTN Master Agent,

Merchants and Consumer. With our trained and certified Master Agents in different

states of the federation, we are sure of a wide market target. Also, we have put in place

additional shop plus our head office, all located at strategic business areas in the city of

Port Harcourt. As the business grows, we hope to put up other distribution point in

other states of the federation.

FASTRAK MANAGEMENT.

Fastrak management team brings a broad range of marketing, ICT and consultancy

from both energetic small firms and experienced industry leaders.

Some of our staffs work on part time basis while fully engaged in their respective jobs.

Agbim Martins, Managing Director: Martins is a graduate of Electrical Electronics

Engineering with over five years of experience in Information Communication

Technology especially in Database Administration & Management (Oracle, Linux, Sql,

MySql), Networking and Hardware engineering. He is the founder of the Fastrak

Integrated Services. He has sound knowledge of business development, information

and communication technology and corporate strategic planning.

Chibueze Atuogu, Marketing Officer: Chibueze, a marketer by profession, worked in

marketing and business development for a number of small and large firms including

Dilliosa Hotels, Chonat Weblink, etc. before joining Fastrak as marketing officer.

Daniel Obani, Web Development: Daniel, an English Language graduate of University

of Port Harcourt is the Web Developer/integrator of VTN payment link to Merchant’s

Website.

Daniel worked in Internet consulting, Web design/development, financial services, and

media publications for a variety of companies. Daniel currently functions as an

experienced consultant for Fastrak Integrated Services.

Agbim Ignatius, Distribution Officer: Ignatius is the distribution officer of this

company. His position is essential since Fastrak aims to achieve efficient and timely

distribution of VTN products within and outside our domain. He is to head team of

distribution personnel who will work with courier companies

Elako Blessing, Secretary: Blessing, an undergraduate student of University of Port

Harcourt is serving as the secretary of Fastrak Integrated Services.

FINANCIAL SUMMARY.

The mobile money market for Virtual Terminal Network is enormous. That is why

Fastrak Integrated Services is taken this step to upgrade to Super-Agent level in mobile

money space. As we determine how best to enlarge our operations, we will consider

expanding the business as defined in our strategy.

Fastrak Integrated Services is focused specifically on the sales, integration of VCASH

on merchant’s website, training of prospective Master Agents and Educations of the

general public on the mobile money space within and outside Nigeria.

currently, we have plane for retraining of our staffs in all areas of our business

With the expected over 90 million prospective mobile money users in Nigeria,

the un-banked and under-banked of today become fulltime mobile money user of

minds of our potential customers.

3. Cost-effective customers’ education. As a new product, there is need for

constant education of master Agents, merchants and our customers on how

mobile money works especially on VTN platform. For this reason, we have team

of trained individuals who can fully represent VTN in all areas of this business.

4. Broad Marketing Plan: To compliment the effort of the Giant Company, VTN,

we have setup different marketing plans which include Online (Social website,

blogs, discussion groups, our personal websites) and offline (Flyers, Banners,

stickers, etc.

5. Availability: As the number of VTN Master Agents, merchants and customers

grow, there is need to have an always ready and available Super-Agent to service

their request. We are building a company that will earn the title ‘fully available

and always ready’.

6. On time delivery: With the expected mobile money business growth, there is

are negotiating with nearby courier Service Company, EMS as directed by VTN,

for the quick delivery of goods (Reload cards, etc.) to Master Agents.

wide range of skills and experiences. By relying on a nationally distributed talent
