Introduction of Business Matching Meeting

[Feature]

1. High accuracy match making

Organizer will provide business meeting time schedule to

exhibitors based on exhibitors and visitors demands before event.

2. Business meeting with each ASEAN countries

Exhibitors will be able to have meeting with companies from

different countries in ASEAN including Japanese companies in

Vietnam, local Vietnamese companies, Japanese companies in

Thailand and so on. Furthermore, companies from China, Hong

Kong, Taiwan and other countries are also expected to participate.

FBC Hanoi 2017 (Factory Network Business Expo 2017) is a special type of business matching

meeting event for manufacturing companies and related companies to display their products or

business needs in order to find new suppliers, customers or partners that will help expand their

businesses. The event has also been held in Bangkok under the name “Mfair” from 2014 onward.

Due to many requests from our clients, we have decided to hold the event in Vietnam as well,

starting from 2017.

If exhibitor would like to use more than what is provided in the package, it is

possible to rent additional furniture, lighting devices, video player, shipping and

interpreting service via charged option plan. Details regarding how to order will be

included in “Exhibitor Manual” which will be distributed around the beginning of

November.

Business Matching Schedule

■ Business matching between exhibitors and exhibitor-visitor will be held via the

website before the event. The 2-day schedule can be viewed via the website.

※1. For meeting among exhibitors, the exhibitors will have to appoint all meetings by themselves

via the provided matching website, and the results will be published in schedules before the

event.

※2. For meeting between exhibitors and visitors, the visitors who registered before the event will

be able to apply for business meeting with exhibitors they would like to meet, and the

results will be published in schedules before the event.

※3. The business meetings during the 2-day event will be held according to the schedule.

The time slot for each meeting is 30 minutes, with 15-minute breaks. There will be 9 time

slots/day. In total, an exhibitor can hold up to 18 meetings during the 2-day event period.

The exhibitors register the company’s product name, type, material, photo, etc.

②Matching with companies based on business needs

③Distribute schedules before the event

Exhibitors choose matching partner and request meetings to other exhibitors based on the information registered on the website.

Pre-registered visitors send matching requests to exhibitors ※Matching between exhibitors and visitors will be based on the exhibitors’ procurement needs.

Confirm the completed matching schedule on the website, and conduct business matchings based on the schedule.
