used a stolen vehicle and had a switch car waiting within a few blocks of the bank.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS
Notes: Boyd is wanted for a string of armed bank robberies in NYC and Philadelphia as well as Escaping Federal Custody. Boyd escaped 07/06/2009 and began robbing banks the next morning. Boyd is known to frequent Atlantic City Casinos. Boyd has connections to North Philadelphia and has been known to take the casino shuttle from North Philadelphia and the Greyhound Bus Terminal in Center City.

PORT RICHMOND BANDIT Date: 11/2005 to 4/2008 Bank: 14 banks FBI #: 91A-PH-99980 Suspect: Sex: Male Race: White Age: 40’s Build: Thin Height: 6’ Complexion: Very pale Notes: The Port Richmond Bandit is responsible for a total of 14 bank robberies in the Metro Philadelphia area. His
usual MO is to demand money with a note, even though in more recent robberies he has displayed what was described to be a hoax bomb. Since his robbery spree began in 2005, the subject appears to have lost a lot of weight and has been described as “pale as a ghost.”
