At the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance (FDEF), we place great emphasis on preparing our students
for the professional world, not only through practice-oriented teaching but also by giving students in several
undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes the chance to complete an internship with one of our
esteemed partner companies.
Through the generous support of 160 Luxembourg-based partners, we were able to arrange more than 250
placements for our students during the 2015-2016 academic year. While our students benefit from the expe-
rience of a work environment, our partners can use the opportunity to get to know our talent pool and what
our future graduates will have to offer.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our partners companies. Your contribution to our pro-
grammes and the student experience offered by our Faculty is invaluable and we look forward to continuing
our cooperation in the future.

Dean – Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance
