Project Sales Manager  Installing and maintaining fire equipment systems takes experience and expertise.  F.E. Moran Fire Protection personnel are dedicated to providing quality solutions and offering value engineering.  With F.E. Moran Fire Protection Project Sales Managers, facilities are provided with a single point of contact, assurance that systems are in compliance with industry standards, and custom solutions within demanding timeframes.      Design  Each project has a dedicated NICET certified designer who collaborates with the Project Sales Manager for the specialized needs of residential, commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare, storage occupancies, and education facilities, providing detailed design and coordination.  They utilize AutoCad technology with 3‐D capability to design fire protection solutions that perfectly fit facility specifications while meeting industry standards.

Installation  F.E. Moran Fire Protection thoroughly prepares for each project, predicting any possible obstacles and determining potential solutions.  F.E. Moran Fire Protection keeps the facility’s convenience at the core of installation practices.  They pre‐fabricate systems resulting in reduced facility down time.  Each installation is planned specific to the facility’s needs and completed by highly‐trained, experienced union crews, whose OSHA training provides them with practiced stringent safety methods.     

Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance  Fire protection systems protect facilities in the event of a fire.  In fact, statistics show that if a fire erupts, it will be contained to the point of origin 94% of the time with the use of a sprinkler system.  However, if a system is not properly maintained, there is the possibility it will not work optimally; the facility may end up in the 6%.  F.E. Moran Fire Protection ITM Specialists design custom ITM procedures to ensure the preparedness of fire protection solutions.  Inspection, testing, and maintenance services provide facilities with the peace of mind that fire protection systems are fully operational in case of fire.

Training  Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) are vital to ensure fire protection solutions are working optimally.  Continued ITM is critical to the health of the fire protection solution.  F.E. Moran Fire Protection’s ITM Specialists are NICET II certified.  They provide customized, hands‐on training based on each facility’s individual fire protection solution and in accordance with NFPA 25, allowing facilities the option for autonomous ITM.  The result is improved system performance and minimized maintenance cost.  

Support  Facilities need fully functional fire protection systems at all times.  Issues can arise at any time, day or night.  It is imperative that a facility has 24/7 support to guarantee the safety of the facility, production, and people.  F.E. Moran Fire Protection provides around the clock support, reducing down‐time and quickly eliminating the vulnerable state of the facility.

A Job Safety Analysis (JSA) process is used to ensure the on‐site workers are heedful to job site hazards and know how to avoid them. 

All new employees must complete safety training before working at a job site.  

Every person on a job site is required to use proper electrical safety, fire protection, fall protection, and personal protective equipment.
