Screws made of various materials such as 38CrMoALA, SACM645, SKD61, SKH-9, 9Cr18Mov and nickel-tungsten alloy plating are available as options. Screws are subject to surface treatment, like nickel-tungsten alloy brush plating which makes the screw material more resistant to peeling, corrosion and acid, improves the surface finish of screw and eliminates defects in material plasticizing, such as browning, black spot, uneven mixing and under-purging.
The shortest cycle time in fully-automatic production is within 3 seconds. Capable of multiple synchronized movements and fast response, the machine offers customers with satisfactory production efficiency and product quality. Dedicated ultra-fast ball screws, with the advantages of accurate positioning, low noise and long life, are adopted to handle high load. The machine also consists of the most advanced pressure sensors with high sensitivity, precision and resolution. Other features of the machine include fast and accurate real-time signal transmission through Ethernet, SSR temperature control that further stabilizes the temperature and 1ms fully closed loop control circuit. Without the influence of external factors, high repeatability in injection metering and molding is guaranteed.
The use of electric power source instead of hydraulic oil brings a cleaner production environment. Intelligent lubrication with high-performance grease avoids pollution and waste in the use of lubricating oil. Sufficient lubrication and nearly zero mechanical wear ensure high repeatability of injection molding. Professional low-noise design makes the machine suitable to be used in large-scale injection molding workshop.

Yizumi’s all-electric injection molding machines solve customer’s production difficulties in the following ways: 1. The screw is subject to surface treatment and brush plating of nickel-tungsten alloy. The technology of physical vapor deposition enhances the resistance to peeling so that the surface of screw gets smoother and resistant to corrosion and defects like browning and black spot in plasticizing are eliminated. The rate of qualified light guide plates is greatly increased. 2. Mold opening and closing is finished in 1 second and fully-automatic cycle time is 5 seconds. Daily output of the machine which works in a two-cavity mold for eight consecutive hours is 11520 pieces, which is a guarantee of productivity. 3. The cost of electric power consumption for producing light guide plate is negligible, which creates better investment return and value experience for customers. 4. Machine adopts temperature control at the feeding port of plasticizing unit. The water flow is regulated according to the actual temperature, which avoids waste of water due to unlimited all-day use
