    Fear Is a Lie

The agent stood there, all silent, she stood in front of an ancient computer

console staring at the holocam image recorded in one of the computers data

    stores.

It was a weird recording, at first she thought the holo recording was stuck, but after a long check of the systems functions it seemed to be in good order,

the recording, though she could barely call it that, was of a small box aroundthe size of her fist, though she could not say for fact the size nor the color of

the box but it was surly something important as it was recorded into the

memory of this central computers console. The agent sighed; she shut off the holo-recording of the box and inserted her

data-pad into the computer console, tapped into the main frame and started

accessing the data she came here to take, after several seconds she foundwhat she was looking for, a group of files containing notes and information, some historical others more personal. They were numbered to indicate the

order in which they are supposed to be activated but several files were

missing, she gathered all the files together and started downloading theminto her data-pad.

The task will take several minutes so the agent decided to open the first fileand check the content.

She activated the file and took a single step backwards to see the holo-cam

better but it never activated, she frowned as she realized that the content ofthe file was displayed on the computer consoles screen, she stepped closer

and examined the writings, they were written in galactic basic but withvulgar taste to it, as if written by a scribe who listened to his teachers classes

    in a hurry.

She leaned closer and started reading silently.

I was there.I was there when the empire first lunched its attacks against the republic.

It was magnificent. It was beautiful, inspiring, it was overwhelming.

Every strike precise every blow calculated, the republic did not stand asingle chance.

But then came the treaty, oh what a painful way to end a glorious war, but Iguess there was something to be won in that.

But I'm not here to remember that story, I'm here to talk about a group of

people, an order, or a lodge, however you see fit to call it that made most ofthis possible.

The Order of the sith Lords was in fact a myth to some, but its warriors were

legend. Not only sith served in this order but amongst them stood the best that the

empire had to offer, and the most loyal of men. Bounty hunters, soldiers andagents alike were a part of this great group.

The group itself was led by the great..."

The writing stopped and the agent frowned, she exited the first file and

    entered the second.

    "Note mark - 0004

Fear is a lie.He told me that, the lord, the lord of lords, my lord, but I never listened. And it's out of fear that I collected these memories together and brought

them here, to this ruined place, for safe keeping.

As my lord went to exile only I know the location he chosen, and I will addit here, again, for safe keeping.

If I will be lost, I want this info to be readable.

History will not remember me, but it has to remember my lord, the greatlord.

But before I could revile his location, dead or alive, I want to share him so

his name will never be forgotten."

The agent snorted, it seemed that the files are set as small memories of asingle individual, a servant of some sort.

She looked at her data-pad and clicked the next file as she saw she has a few

    more minutes.

    "Note mark0168

Weaklings my lord, all of them! You lord, you are the power in this galaxy, you are the one to set us free, you are our hope, you are the lord, the great

    lord, you aregone

Where have you gone?Yes I know where you are, only I know, and this knowledge is what I

am, I'll be the knowing for you, my lord, I'll serve you, my lord, I'll be thekey, the only key.

Keys open and lock, but I'm locked with a lock and a lock that locked me

will lock them outside, them the weaklings, the damn fools that tried toovercome us so many time and failed"

A soft beep took the agents eyes off the strange writings and she looked ather data-pad, it finished the download.

The agent sighed and shook her head at the writings; clearly the person whowrote these was mad.

She pulled her data-pad out and placed it carefully in her side pocket thenshe pulled out a small chip and placed it on the ancient computers console

and turned away from the dimly lit room.

The bug she planted will make good work of the computer console and willerase every single files and then burn down the memory cords so that no one

else will be able to accesses it.

The Agent left the computer room and walked into the main hall of thebuilding she was in.The Dark Temple on Dromund Kaas was once a breath taking sight, now it

was old and in ruins, rays of bright light broke through the cracks in the

walls and the high ceiling was filled with craters and holes, the jungle foundits way in to the temple through the cracks and gaps created by time and the

lack maintenance, once beautifully designed tapestries were now hanging

burned and scorched eaten away and replaced by plantation, the sign of theempire was illustrated on some of them, carefully crafted statues of faceless

heroes stood broken and tired around each pillar, missing heads, torsos and

other limbs they looked like courses on a battle field that were hanged insome ritualistic manner to scare off unwanted visitors, the uneven floor and

the light fog made it difficult to travel fast within the temple. The agent crouched beneath a broken pillar scanning her surroundings, it

was, in fact, the empires territory but she was here illegally, the Imperial

Reclamation Service did not like it when others involved themselves in their

affairs without being asked to, and the penalty for being captured stealingfrom them, or worse, destroying something of value usually ended up in

    slow agonizing death.

But thats not what made the Agent feel uneasy, the patrols inside the templewere light and for good reason, soldiers and Sith alike found themselves

weary within the temple and sometimes even transformed or taken by the

souls of the dead, many went mad within this walls and the agent did notwant to be one of them, so her best choice was to leave and fast.

She activated her clocking devise and walked towards the exit; she pasted byseveral patrols carefully and snack by the guards in the entrance, outside the

temple the situation changed however, the patrols began to be bigger and

droids scanned the surroundings with sound detectors and motion sensors."AbaReeha come in" the radio in the Agents helmet crackled into life as

she scanned for a safe way out and she frowned, the radio crackled again

"AbaReeha This is Tayala, I'm north of you on the mountain ridge, got youon my thermal, the path west of you is clear, I'll cover, 4 minutes window"

The Agent nodded, though the nod was more to herself then to anyone else, she turned west and walked with calculated stapes towards the exit of the

ruined court yard of the temple. The path was indeed clear and the few droids that she encountered were

carefully taken out by a silent thump to the head.

As the Agent reached the camp outside the temples court yard her radiocrackled, "evacuating, meet you home, good luck" the Agent smiled, she

didnt not expected any cover in this mission, but Tayalas help was more

than welcome. She looked for an empty tent to turn her invisibility clock off so she will notattract any unwanted attention, she found one, sneaking in slowly she

checked around the outside of the tent to see if there is no one that might

walk in and find her in the act.Taking her invisibility clock off she walked out of the tent with full

confidence as if she belonged, she passed by an imperial soldier and smiled

to him before heading towards her speeder that was parked not far from thecamps entrances.

She reached the parking space as a voice called out to her from behind

"Agent!" AbaReeha halted she took a deep breath and turned, the figure thatapproached her wear black and red robes and they fitted perfectly on its

massive bulk, a double bladed light saber was strapped to a belt on thefigures waist.

AbaReeha bowed respectfully and said "Yes my lord inquisitor?"

"Agent" began the Sith Inquisitor "Are you heading towards Kaas City?"

AbaReeha nodded. The Sith smiled, though his face was barely visible beneath his heavy hood

of his robes "Good, I need you to take this piece of parchment to a Lord

Gavy in the Sith HQ"AbaReeha nodded again and pulled her hand forth to take the piece of paper

"Will do my lord" she bowed, turned and hopped on her speeder towards the

Kaas City and the completion of her mission.
