Leviticus 23:5In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the Lord's Passover.

Passover

Page 4: Feast Days

Passover: Old Testament CustomsExodus 12:1-3;5-7;12-14

And the Lord spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt saying, This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you. Speak ye unto all the

congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house: Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the

sheep, or from the goats: And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening. And they

shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it. For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all

the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the

Lord. And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt. And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the Lord throughout your generations;

ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.

Page 5: Feast Days

Are the Same Ordinances to be Kept Today?

Hebrews 10:1 …the law having a shadow of good things to

come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year

by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.Hebrews 10:4

For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

Hebrews 10:5Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he

saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:

John 1:29The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh

away the sin of the world.

(The sacrificial lamb ultimately represented/pointed to JESUS).

Passover: New Testament CustomsExodus 12:3;5

Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb,

according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house: Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall

take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:John 1:29The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith,

Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.Isaiah 53:7

He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep

before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

1 Peter 1:18-19Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with

corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But

with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

Now under the new covenant, we no longer sacrifice lambs. We come under Jesus’ blood through baptism and partake of unleavened

bread/wine every yearly Passover.

Matthew 26:19;26-28And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they

made ready the passover. And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. And he took

the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament,

which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Page 7: Feast Days

Exodus 12:12-13;23…I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the

firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the Lord. And the blood shall be to you

for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I

smite the land of Egypt. For the Lord will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the Lord will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to

come in unto your houses to smite you.

Romans 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we

shall be saved from wrath through him.

Psalms 78:49-51He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and

trouble, by sending evil angels among them. He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;

And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham:

Psalms 21:8-10Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies: thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee. Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the Lord shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire

shall devour them. Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men.

Isaiah 13:9Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

Malachi 4:1-2For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all

the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the Son of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

Food for Thought

For Israel to escape God’s destruction upon Egypt, they had to obey God’s command and come under the blood of the lamb by posting the blood on their door. For us to escape God’s wrath upon the entire world at His return, we must come under the

blood of Jesus through baptism and obey His commandments.

Hebrews 13:8Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

1 Thessalonians 5:9For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation

by our Lord Jesus Christ,

Feast of Unleavened Bread

Page 9: Feast Days

Leviticus 23:5-8In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the Lord's passover. And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the Lord: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread. In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein. But ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord seven days: in the seventh day is an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile

work therein.

Feast of Unleavened Bread: Old Testament Customs

Exodus 12:15-17;20 Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the

seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel. And in the first day there shall be an holy convocation, and in the seventh day there shall be an holy convocation to you; no manner of work shall be done in them, save that which every man must eat, that only

may be done of you. And ye shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your generations by an ordinance for ever. Ye shall eat nothing

leavened; in all your habitations shall ye eat unleavened bread.

Deuteronomy 16:3Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of

Egypt all the days of thy life.Exodus 13:6-8

Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, and in the seventh day shall be a feast to the Lord.

Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days; and there shall no leavened bread be seen with thee,

neither shall there be leaven seen with thee in all thy quarters. And thou shalt shew thy son in that day,

saying, This is done because of that which the Lord did unto me when I came forth out of Egypt.

Page 10: Feast Days

Feast of Unleavened Bread: New Testament CustomsMatthew 16:6-8;11-12

Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. And they reasoned among themselves,

saying, It is because we have taken no bread. Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread? How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the

leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees? Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of

the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.1 Corinthians 5:6-8

Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are

unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and

wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.Leaven represents false doctrine/sin. The unleavened bread represents purity/ sin-free.

This feast day teaches us that we must avoid all leaven (sin) and eat only unleavened bread (truth/Word of God). We

are to continue to keep this feast by removing leavened bread out of our house and eating only unleavened bread for

seven days. We no longer make an offering made by fire, because Jesus is our ultimate sacrifice. The feast of

unleavened bread in the old testament is a memorial of Israel’s deliverance from Egypt. The feast of unleavened bread

in the new testament is a memorial of our deliverance from sin after coming under the blood of Jesus, our Passover.

Page 11: Feast Days

Feast of PentecostThe feast is also known as the Feast of

Harvest or Feast of Firtstfruits as it refers to the first fruits gathered from the spring grain

harvests in ancient Israel.

The feast is also called the Feast of Weeks because there are seven weeks plus one day (50 days in all) counted to get to this

feast day.

In the New Testament, this festival is known as Pentecost which means “fiftieth.”

Page 12: Feast Days

Leviticus 23:9-12;14And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children

of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye

shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest: And he shall wave the sheaf before the Lord, to be

accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it. And ye shall offer that day when ye wave the sheaf an he lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering unto the Lord. And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the selfsame day that ye have brought an offering unto your God: it shall be a statute for ever throughout

your generations in all your dwellings.

50 Days before Pentecost: Old Testament Customs

This took place not on the day of Pentecost, but fifty days before the day of Pentecost.

Harvest: process or period of gathering in crops (fruits, vegetables, corn, etc.)

Sheaf: a bundle of grain stalks laid lengthwise and tied together after reaping.

Firstfruits: the first agricultural produce of a season.

Page 13: Feast Days

The Day of Pentecost: Old Testament Customs

Leviticus 23:15-17;21And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after

the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be

complete: Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the Lord. Ye shall bring out

of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals; they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baken

with leaven; they are the firstfruits unto the Lord. And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it

may be an holy convocation unto you: ye shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in

all your dwellings throughout your generations.

A sheaf of firstfruits were offered fifty days prior to this day. Now, on the day of Pentecost, two wave loaves are being offered as firstfruits.

Page 14: Feast Days

The Day of Pentecost: New TestamentLeviticus 23:9-11

And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you,

and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest: And he shall wave the sheaf

before the Lord, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.John 20:1;15-17

The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre. Jesus

saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away. Jesus saith

unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my

Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

1 Corinthians 15:20;23...Now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they

that are Christ's at his coming.

Leviticus 23:15-17And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from

the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete: Even unto the morrow after the seventh

sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the Lord. Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave

loaves of two tenth deals; they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baken with leaven; they are the firstfruits unto the Lord.Revelation 14:1;3-4

And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in

their foreheads. And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which

were redeemed from the earth. These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among

men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

(These are some of the people who are apart of the

first resurrection which happens at Jesus’ return to

earth). To keep the day of Pentecost, we have a holy convocation and do no servile work as commanded. We

no longer do animal sacrifices because Jesus is our ultimate sacrifice. The first offering of firstfruits (50

days before Pentecost) pointed to Jesus being the firstfruits– the first man to be born, die, and

resurrect with everlasting life. The second offering of firstfruits (on the day of Pentecost) represents all

of God’s servants who will be apart of the first resurrection.

Revelation 20:6Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no

power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign

with him a thousand years.

Page 15: Feast Days

We can now see that the Day of Pentecost (50th Day) is very important in the Bible. The 50th year (year of Jubilee) is also very important. The year of Jubilee is not apart of the feast days. But, like the feasts days

did, the year points to something very great.

Page 16: Feast Days

The 50th Year/ The Year of JubileeLeviticus 25:8-10

And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be

unto thee forty and nine years. Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you;

and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

Isaiah 13:9 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

Isaiah 63:4 For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the

year of my redeemed is come.

Isaiah 13:14And it shall be as the chased roe, and as a

sheep that no man taketh up: they shall every man turn to his own people, and flee every one

into his own land.

Isaiah 61:1-2The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to

preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the

prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

The Lord will return to earth during the year of Jubilee to redeem his people, Israel, from slavery all over the world, to

redeem the lives of his servants, (both alive and dead) by giving them immortality, and to redeem all nations by establishing the worldwide thousand years of peace.

See: Isaiah 27:1213; 1 Thess 4:16-17; Rev 11:15;Isaiah 14:7

(Jubilee means rejoicing. During the year of Jubilee, slaves were to be set free. The land was to be restored to its original owner, and families were to be

reunited. The purpose of the year of Jubilee was to break all oppression and have liberty. The same fiftieth year will be the year the Lord returns to earth to

establish the millennial kingdom, the holy Jerusalem).

Memorial of the Blowing of the Trumpets

Leviticus 23:23-25And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month,

in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation. Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord.

Trumpets the bible are used to

sound an alarm or warning. When a

trumpet sounds, it signals that

something is getting ready to

happen.

Numbers 10:9And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the

Lord your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.

Trumpets are also used to declare

rejoicing and gladness and as a

instrument of praise.Numbers 10:10

Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of

your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt

offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace

offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the Lord your God.1 Chronicles 15:28

Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the Lord with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, making a noise

with psalteries and harps.

Psalms 81:3Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast

day.

Jeremiah 4:19My bowels, my bowels! I am pained at my

very heart; my heart maketh a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because thou hast heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet,

the alarm of war.

To keep this feast day, we have a holy convocation

and do no servile work. Previous scriptures on other

slides have shown that the Lord will return to earth

with great wrath. On this feast day, we learn what

exact events will take place leading up to and on

the day of the Lord (the Lord’s return to earth). The

day of the Lord will be full of wrath and destruction

because the world will have chosen to disobey God

and serve Satan.

Ezekiel 33:5He heard the sound of the trumpet,

and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul.

Joel 2:1Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain:

let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand;

Page 18: Feast Days

Leading up to and on the Day of the Lord, there will be seven trumpets that sound.

Each of these trumpets announce that there is a plague or destruction getting

ready to take place on earth. There are two sets of seven angels. The first set of

seven angels blow the trumpets (announcing that destruction is coming). The

second set of seven angels seven pour out the vial of wrath and do the

destruction.

Revelation 8:2;6And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given

seven trumpets. And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to

sound.Revelation 15:1And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.

Revelation 15:6And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues,

clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

Revelation 16:1And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go

your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

Page 19: Feast Days

First TrumpetRevelation 8:7

The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part

of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

Revelation 16:1-2And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which

worshipped his image.

Page 20: Feast Days

Second Trumpet

Revelation 8:8-9And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and

the third part of the sea became blood; And the third part of the

creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of

the ships were destroyed.

Revelation 16:3And the second angel poured out

his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead

man: and every living soul died in the sea.

Page 21: Feast Days

Third Trumpet

Revelation 8:10-11And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon

the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; And the name of the star is called Wormwood:

and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made

bitter.

Revelation 16:4-7And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and

fountains of waters; and they became blood. And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art,

and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus. For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous

are thy judgments.

Page 22: Feast Days

Fourth Trumpet

Revelation 8:12-13And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the

stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise. And I

beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three

angels, which are yet to sound!Revelation 16:8-9And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power

was given unto him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God,

which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.Revelation 8:13

And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the

inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

Page 23: Feast Days

Fifth TrumpetRevelation 9:1-5

And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. And to them it was given that

they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.

Revelation 16:10-11And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness;

and they gnawed their tongues for pain, And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their

deeds.

During this time the army of the European Union will fight against Russia and her

allies with chemical warfare. The locust/scorpions represent the warfare because the

war machinery is similar to the shape of scorpions and locusts. God will have

protected and sealed his servants (those who Fear him/Keep His commandments)

from being inflicted with any harm before the trumpets sound (Rev 7:1-8). Only

those who are not serving him (most of the world) will suffer from these plagues.

Page 24: Feast Days

Sixth TrumpetRevelation 9:13-28

And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, Saying to the sixth

angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the four angels were

loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of

the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and

of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three was the third part of men killed, by

the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.

Revelation 16:12-14;16And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon

the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the

kings of the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the

kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. And he gathered them together

into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. This is the army of Russia/her allies (China, India,

etc.) and they are retaliating against the European

Union army. The army of Russia/her allies will be

made of up of 200 million soldiers who will kill 1/3 of

mankind. More war machinery is being described

here (heads of lions=war machines, mouth issued

fire=war machines).

Kings of the east=Russia

Satan will influence Russia/her allies and the

European Union Army to join together as one

army and wage war against the Lord who the

whole world will see in the sky for a couple

months before He physically touches earth.

7th Trumpet

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:

and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the

clouds, to meet the Lord in the air…

Zechariah 14:5...and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.

Jude 1:14And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of

these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

Psalms 145:5-9Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword

in their hand; To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; To bind their kings with chains, and

their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord.

Deuteronomy 33:2The Lord came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he

shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints...

Psalms 2:2-3;5The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take

counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.

Revelation 19:11;13-14And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white

horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.Revelation 19:19And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their

armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.

Isaiah 34:1-2Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things that

come forth of it. For the indignation of the Lord is upon all nations, and his fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them,

he hath delivered them to the slaughter.

1 Corinthians 15:52In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last

trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Isaiah 27:12-13And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall beat off from the

channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the

great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall

worship the Lord in the holy mount at Jerusalem.Isaiah 11:11;15-16And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which

shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from

the islands of the sea. And the Lord shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his mighty wind shall he shake his hand

over the river, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and make men go over dryshod. And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the

day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

Jeremiah 16:14-15Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that it shall no more be said, The Lord liveth, that brought up the children

of Israel out of the land of Egypt; But, The Lord liveth, that brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north, and from all the lands whither he had driven them: and I will

bring them again into their land that I gave unto their fathers.

Zechariah 10:10-11I will bring them again also out of the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria; and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; and place shall not be found for them. And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in

the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up…

7th Trumpet Luke 1:30-33

And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. He shall be

great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there

shall be no end.Daniel 7:14;27

And there was given Him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: His dominion is an

everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. And the kingdom and dominion, and the

greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting

kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey Him.Matthew 6:10

Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Revelation 11:15And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven,

saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Revelation 16:17And the seventh angel poured out his vial into

the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is

done.

At the 7th trumpet,• The first resurrection takes places.• The Lord and His army, made up of saints (in their new,

immortal bodies) and angels, defeat Satan’s army (armies of the world).

• Jesus delivers his people Israel ( under many different names today such as Black, African American, Haitian, Jamaican, etc.) who are enslaved all over the world back to their homeland, Jerusalem.

• Jesus begins his millennial reign on earth and “ The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.”

Day of AtonementLeviticus 23:26-32

And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord.

And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the Lord your God. For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that

same day, he shall be cut off from among his people. And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people. Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your

generations in all your dwellings. It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at

even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.

Atonement: reparation for a wrong or injury.

Atonement: reparation for a wrong or injury.

Day of Atonement: Old Testament CustomsLeviticus 16:2-3;11-22

And the Lord said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon

the mercy seat. Thus shall Aaron come into the holy place: with a young bullock for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering. And Aaron shall bring the bullock of the sin offering, which is for himself, and shall make an

atonement for himself, and for his house, and shall kill the bullock of the sin offering which is for himself: And he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from off the altar before the Lord, and his hands full of sweet

incense beaten small, and bring it within the vail: And he shall put the incense upon the fire before the Lord, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is upon the testimony, that he die not: And he shall

take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat eastward; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times. Then shall he kill the goat of the sin

offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the vail, and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat: And he shall make an

atonement for the holy place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the tabernacle of the congregation, that remaineth among them in the midst of their uncleanness. And there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation when

he goeth in to make an atonement in the holy place, until he come out, and have made an atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the congregation of Israel. And he shall go out unto the altar that is

before the Lord, and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about. And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger

seven times, and cleanse it, and hallow it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel. And when he hath made an end of reconciling the holy place, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat: And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the

iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness: And the goat shall bear upon him all

their iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.

Page 30: Feast Days

Day of Atonement: Old Testament CustomsBefore entering the tabernacle, Aaron bathed and put on special

garments, then sacrificed a bull for a sin offering for himself and his

family. The blood of the bull was sprinkled on the ark of the covenant.

Then Aaron brought two goats. One goat was sacrificed because of the

uncleanness and rebellion of the Israelites and its blood was sprinkled

on the ark of the covenant. The other goat was used as a scapegoat.

Aaron placed his hands on its head, confessed over it the rebellion and

wickedness of the Israelites, and sent the goat out with an appointed

man who released it into the wilderness. The goat carried on itself all

the sins of the people, which were forgiven for another year. These

customs were kept every year until the ultimate sacrifice took place.

Aside from animal sacrifices, all Israelites fasted and did no work from

sundown to sundown.

Through the Passover and the Day of Atonement,

we see that it is blood that takes away sin and

cleanses us. Why is that blood takes away sin?

Leviticus 17:11For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have

given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that

maketh an atonement for the soul.Hebrews 9:22

And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no

remission.Since the wages of sin is death, something has to die

whose blood will cover uncleanness and sins. This is why

animal sacrifice was instituted. (although animal

sacrifices only temporarily removed sins— which is the

reason why the same animal sacrifices had to be repeated

year to year). Instead of us being killed for our own sins,

the Lord allowed animals to take our place and purge our

sins. The animal sacrifices on the Day of Atonement

cleansed the house of Israel from their uncleanness. As

with all feasts days, the Day of Atonement pointed to

something very great.

Page 31: Feast Days

Day of Atonement: New

Testament Customs

Romans 5:11And not only so, but we also joy in God through

our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.

Revelation 1:5…Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead,

and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,Isaiah 53:1-5;7;6

Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath

no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and

acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded

for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. All we like

sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Hebrews 9:12Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own

blood He entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.Hebrews 10:1

For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually

make the comers thereunto perfect.

Animal sacrifices are no longer required on the Day of

Atonement (or on any feasts) because Jesus is our

atonement. Jesus paid the price/atoned for our sins. To

keep the Day of Atonement, we must fast, have a holy

convocation, and refrain from working. The Day of

Atonement is to remind us that the Lord died, arose,

and took away our sins.

Hebrews 9:28So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto

salvation.

Page 32: Feast Days

Day of AtonementWe understand that Jesus will return in the 50th year/year of

Jubilee. From this feast day, we also learn that Jesus returns to

earth on the Day of Atonement.Leviticus 25:8-10

And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto

thee forty and nine years. Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land. And ye shall hallow the

fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.Joel 2:15-16;18

Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly: Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet. Then will the Lord be jealous for his land, and

pity his people.

Joel 1:141-15Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the Lord

your God, and cry unto the Lord, Alas for the day! for the day of the Lord is at hand, and as a destruction from the

Almighty shall it come.

We learned during the Memorial of the Blowing Trumpets that when the Lord

returns, He will restore His people, Israel, back to their homeland. This scripture

also confirms this and helps us understand what time frame the scripture is

referring to (which is the day of the Lord). Bridegroom=Jesus. Bride out of her

closet=Israel, most of the world doesn’t know who the true Israelites are.

God will protect everyone who is serving Him ( fearing him/keeping

His commandments Ecclesiastes 12:13) from any danger. These will

be few people, however, and the Lord’s wrath be upon most of the

world. Jesus returns in the 50 year, in the seventh month, on the

Day of Atonement.Revelation 22:12And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to

give every man according as his work shall be.

Page 33: Feast Days

Feast of TabernaclesLeviticus 23:33-36

And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh

month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto the Lord. On the first day shall be an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein. Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an

offering made by fire unto the Lord: it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein.

The 7 days represents the 7000 years God gave man to exist as a species. Man hasn’t been living for millions of years. Currently, we’ve only been

here for about 6000+ years. We are nearing the 7th day (7000 year). On the 7th day (7000th year) Jesus establishes the millennial kingdom. During this

millennium, flesh and blood people will still exist. After the millennium, man as a species will no longer exist—everyone will be spirit beings in the

Father’s kingdom (either on the good side of the kingdom or the bad side). Thus man will have existed for 7 days (7000 years).

This is why the Lord made one week to be made up of 7 days, we are commanded to keep the feast of unleavened bread for seven days, and we are

commanded to keep the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days. The seven days represents the 7000 years of man’s existence.

The Feast of Tabernacles also represents the day the Lord will gather all the children of Israel from captivity which is why this feast is also called the Feast of Ingathering (Exodus 23:16).

Isaiah 27:12And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall beat off from the

channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by

one, O ye children of Israel.

Page 34: Feast Days

Feast of Tabernacles: Old Testament Customs

Deuteronomy 16:13-15Thou shalt observe the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that thou hast gathered in thy corn and thy wine:

And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy gates. Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto the Lord thy God in the place which the Lord shall choose: because the Lord thy God

shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice.

Leviticus 23:39-43Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the Lord seven days: on the first day shall be a

sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath. And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick

trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the Lord your God seven days. And ye shall keep it a feast unto the Lord seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month. Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:

That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.

Nehemiah 8:16-18So the people went forth, and brought them, and made themselves booths, every one upon the roof of his house, and in their courts, and in the courts of the house of God, and in the street of the water gate, and in

the street of the gate of Ephraim. And all the congregation of them that were come again out of the captivity made booths, and sat under the booths: for since the days of Jeshua the son of Nun unto that day had not the children of Israel done so. And there was very great gladness. Also day by day, from the first day unto

the last day, he read in the book of the law of God. And they kept the feast seven days…The purpose of the Feast of Tabernacles in

the old testament was to remind every

generation of Israel’s journey from Egypt to

Canaan, when the Lord made the people

live in booths.

Page 35: Feast Days

Feast of Tabernacles: New Testament Customs

Ezra 3:4They kept also the feast of tabernacles, as it is written…

2 Peter 1:13-15Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in

remembrance; Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Jesus Christ

hath shewed me. Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease to have these things

always in remembrance.

2 Corinthians 5:1-4For we know that if our earthly house of this

tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to

be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be

unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

“This tabernacle” = the body

Leviticus 23:41-43And ye shall keep it a feast unto the Lord seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in

your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month. Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in

booths: That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I

am the Lord your God.

Since Jesus has died for our sins and resurrected from the grave, we no longer dwell in booths. Our bodies are our

booths/temporary dwelling place

until we are changed into spirit beings and have new, immortal bodies. To keep the Feast of Tabernacles, we are to

feast for seven days and on the first day have a holy convocation and do no servile work.

A tabernacle, a booth, or tent is a temporary dwelling place.

1 Corinthians 15:49;22;53And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. For as in

Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. For this corruptible must put on incorruption,

and this mortal must put on immortality.

“Seven days” represents the 7000 years of

mankind’s existence. 2 Corinthians 4:18While we look not at the things which are seen, but

at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which

are not seen are eternal.

Page 36: Feast Days

8th Day FeastNumbers 29:12;35

And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work, and ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days:  On the eighth day ye shall have a solemn assembly:

ye shall do no servile work therein:

2 Chronicles 7:8-9Also at the same time Solomon kept the feast seven days, and all Israel with him, a very great congregation, from the entering in of

Hamath unto the river of Egypt. And in the eighth day they made a solemn assembly…

The 8th Day feast is apart of the Feast of Tabernacles. The feast takes place directly after the seven days of

feasting at sundown.John 7:37-38

In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out

of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.Feast=8th Day Feast. The scripture is referring to drinking (reading) the Word of God. The

more you read/obey, the more your mind will become full of the Word. Rivers of living

water (the Word) will flow out of your belly (mind).

See John 4:14;John 6:68; Revelation 22:17.

Page 37: Feast Days

8th Day Feast: Background InfoGenesis 1:26-27

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing

that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.Genesis 2:16-17And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of

the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day

that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.Genesis 3:4;6And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also

unto her husband with her; and he did eat. Genesis 3:22And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of

life, and eat, and live for ever:

Psalms 82:5-7They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in

darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye

shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.Mankind was created to be gods and live forevermore. “All the

foundation of the earth are out of course” because man was never

meant to die and there was never supposed to be any evil in the

creation, such as sickness, death, pain, etc. This all came about due to

SIN. Sin is disobedience to God’s commandments (1 John 3:4).

Adam/Eve disobeyed God in the garden of Eden, death was created,

and the foundations of the earth fell out of course.

Psalms 69:4They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not

away. When Adam sinned, he took away our access to eternal life. After Jesus died and arose, he

restored our access to eternal life. We now have the opportunity to live forevermore if we

receive God’s grace (get baptized in the name of Jesus) and keep God’s commandments

(Ecclesiastes 12:13; Revelation 22:14).

Romans 6:23For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through

Jesus Christ our Lord.

Page 38: Feast Days

8th Day FeastRomans 5:18;21

Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came

upon all men unto justification of life. That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through

righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

2 Corinthians 5:18-19And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing

their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.Matthew 26-29

And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. And he

took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for

the remission of sins. But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's

kingdom.

Jesus will not drink of the fruit of the vine/partake of the Passover until the

Father's kingdom because that is when the Passover will be complete.

Jesus’ Kingdom comes during the 7th day (7000th year). In Jesus' Kingdom,

there will still be flesh/blood people and babies will still be born. As long as

a child is born, Jesus' blood is needed for repentance. On the 8th day

(8000th year), the Father's kingdom comes and the species of mankind as

flesh and blood people will no longer exist. The Passover will be complete

on the 8th day because Jesus' blood will no longer be needed to cover

anyone's sins--everyone will be immortals/spirit beings.

Deuteronomy 6:25And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all

these commandments before the Lord our God, as he hath commanded us.

Page 39: Feast Days

8th Day Feast: Food for Thought

Luke 2:21And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his

name was called Jesus, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.

Leviticus 12:1-3And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she

shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean. And in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin

shall be circumcised.Philippians 3:5

Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;

A part of the flesh is removed during circumcision which

all points to mankind leaving our flesh and blood bodies

and gaining spiritual bodies. This is why circumcision is

done on the EIGHTH day after birth. It all points to the

eighth day when mankind becomes spirit beings.

Page 40: Feast Days

Leviticus 23:33-36 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto

the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for

seven days unto the Lord. On the first day shall be an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord: on the eighth day shall be an holy

convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord: it is a solemn assembly;

and ye shall do no servile work therein.Nehemiah 8:14;18And they found written in the law which the Lord had

commanded by Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of the seventh

month: Also day by day, from the first day unto the last day, he read in the book of the law of God. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day was a solemn assembly, according unto the

manner.

The 8th day points to everyone becoming

immortals in the Father’s Kingdom– either on

the good side (New Jerusalem) or the bad

side (Lake of Fire).

Everyone who has been born will ultimately

exist forever.

Matthew 5:19Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least

commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but

whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

To keep the 8th day feast, we are to have a holy

convocation and do no servile work.

Matthew 25:34;41;46Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit

the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye

cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous

into life eternal.

8th Day Feast

1 Corinthians 15:24Then cometh the end, when He shall

have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have

put down all rule and all authority and power.

Are The Lord’s Feasts to Still Be Kept Today?Leviticus 23:9-10;14;21

And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest

unto the priest: And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the selfsame day that ye have brought an offering unto your God: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you: ye

shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

Leviticus 23:26-27;31And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Also on the

tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord. Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever

throughout your generations in all your dwellings.Leviticus 23:29;41

Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a

feast unto the Lord seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath. And ye shall keep it a feast unto the Lord seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations:

ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.

Exodus 12:13-14;17And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague

shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt. And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a

feast to the Lord throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever. And ye shall observe the feast of

unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in

your generations by an ordinance for ever.“In all your dwellings” tells us regardless of where we

are, we are to keep the feast days. Every time a baby

born, a new generation is created. “It shall be a

statute for ever in your generations” shows us the

feasts are to still be kept in the days we are living in.

Ecclesiastes 3:14I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be

for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that

men should fear before him.

Did Disciples in the New Testament Keep the Lord’s Feast Days?

Mark 14:12And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him,

Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover?

Acts 18:18-21 And Paul after this tarried there yet a good while, and then took his leave of the brethren, and sailed thence into Syria, and with him Priscilla and Aquila; having shorn his head in Cenchrea: for he had a vow. And he came to Ephesus, and left

them there: but he himself entered into the synagogue, and reasoned with the Jews. When they desired him to tarry longer time with them, he consented not; But bade them farewell, saying, I must by all means keep this feast that cometh in Jerusalem:

Acts 27:9 Now when much time was spent, and when sailing was now dangerous, because the fast was now already past,

Paul admonished them,Acts 2:1And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one

accord in one place.

Acts 20:16For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, because he would not spend the time in Asia: for he hasted, if it were possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the

day of Pentecost.

1 Corinthians 5:7-8Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old

leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

<-----The fast being referred to is the Day of

Atonement.

The Lord’s servants

in the New

Testament kept the

Psalms 86:9-10All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall

glorify thy name.

all nations will keep the feast days.

Passover: The Passover represents the passing over of your sins, and the only way your sins will be passed over is if you bring yourself under the blood of the Lamb (Jesus). Feast of Unleavened Bread: The represents Israel’s physical deliverance from Egypt and our spiritual deliverance from sin.Pentecost: The feast teaches us about the first resurrection and show us that the Lord will return in the 50th year.Memorial of the Blowing of the Trumpets: The feast is to remind us what will take place prior to the Lord's return, and also what He will do when He arrives. Day of Atonement: This day represents the Lord making atonement for our sins and also the day He will return to earth. Feast of Tabernacles: The feast teaches us that our body is a tabernacle (a temporary dwelling place). The feast also represents the day the Lord will gather children of Israel back to their homeland, Jerusalem. The 8th Day, That Great Day of The Feast: This represents the day when there are no more flesh and blood people. Everyone who made the first and/or second resurrection is now a spirit being with the Father and Jesus in New Jerusalem.

(All of the Lord’s high days are not eating feasts. On Memorial of the Blowing of Trumpets and Day

of Atonement we don’t feast; on Passover we have bread and wine).

Leviticus 23:1-2;4And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the

children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even

these are my feasts. These are the feasts of the Lord, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.
