Inventory 25.03-074

In the Inventory module, you can now specify the FSC certificate number on an inventory item for use

with PaceStation inquiries and custom reports.

In the Accounts Receivable module, the Customer Detail page now includes a new field, “Registration

Number.”

In the Accounts Payable module, the Vendor Detail page now includes a new field, “Registration

Number.”

Job Billing 25.03-052

In the Job Billing module, EFI Pace now populates the invoice transaction line description with the job

part item name. This enables you to edit the "Name" field on the job part item and display the change

on the invoice (invoice.rpt).

JDF 25.03-052

In the JDF module, you can now configure a PaceConnect record to use the URL embedded in the JDF

Ticket to launch the Job Jacket or Part Jacket report (jobcontrol-jacket.rpt) instead of launching the

report through the Job Part Detail page. This eliminates the need for full user licenses for shop floor

users to retrieve the reports.

You enable this feature through the "Comment URL" field on the JMF Setup tab of the PaceConnect

record, and the available values include "Job Jacket Report," "Part Jacket Report," and "Job Part Detail."

Appliance 25.03-113

In EFI Pace, you can no longer browse the "/help-images" directory in the system.

CRM 25.03-067

In the CRM module, the Contact Add and Contact Detail pages now include the fax extension number,

which is not automatically updated by the system.

In the CRM module, when Auto Update is enabled and multiple contacts exist, you can now enter a title

for each contact record.

API 25.03-056

In the API module, Apache AXIS samples switched to javax-ws in the API SDK.

The version of Apache AXIS using the SDK did not allow a object (Table) to have more than 255 fields.

Java has a hard limit of 255 attributes in the constructor of the class, and the Job Part object has more

fields than this now.

Admin Console 25.03-200

In the Admin Console module, you can now view new system logs.



Item Templates 25.03-085

In the Item Templates module, you can now add any object that is the child of a job to item template

lines and specify attributes as both static values and XPath expressions.

Additionally, the Item Template and Item Template Line records now include the following new fields:

1. Quantity Expression - This field on the Item Template record used to be hard-coded to the

"Quantity Ordered" field on the Job Part page. Now you can specify a value in this field (the default is

legacy compatible) when applying the item template lines.

2. Parent Line - This field on the Item Template Line record indicates the parent line (to process first).

3. Sequence - This field on the Item Template Line record enables you to specify the processing order

of the lines.

4. Quantity Expression - This field on the Item Template Line record used to be hard coded to the

"Quantity Ordered" field on the Job Part page. Now you can specify a value in this field (the default is

legacy compatible) when applying the item template lines.

5. Exclude Expression - This field on the Item Template Line record enables you to specify an

expression to exclude this item template line during processing.

6. Related Line - This field on the Item Template Line record enables you to select a related line and

auto-link the objects without creating an XPath expression.



Job Control Center

25.03-052

In the Job Control Center module, EFI Pace now stores the original manufacturing location and actual

manufacturing location for reporting purposes.
