Problems & Solutions

Problem Testing & Treatment

1. Why is the backlight of touch panel screen not on?

1) The wiring is not correct or poor contact, and make sure that the input and output of wires connectwith the terminal and wiring is correct.

2) Master switch or residual current protection switch is disconnected, the master switch and residualcurrent protection switch is on, if it still trip, please check the devices whether be leakage, or the outputof neutral wire is not correct.

3) The device is disconnected with neutral wire, and connect neutral wire to the right terminal.

2. Why are controlled equipments or lights automatically shutdown?

1) The voltage is unstable, and the interference power is too strong. Please stop using strong interferenceequipments, and ask local technicians for help.

2) The wiring is incorrect, and make sure the wiring is connected tightly and exactly.

3) It had better make sure the controlling setting of remote control and the controlling mode of lights, when the remote control is shutdown.

4) It had better make sure the controlling setting of scene screen and correlated screen, and thecontrolling mode of lights, when they are controlled by other scene touch panels and correlated touchpanels.

3. Why the light can't be shutdown?

1) Load current exceeds the rated working current of the product, the power load will be reduced, and

power on again. If it still cannot work normally, please replace the drive part of product.

4. Why the touch panel keeps flickering?

6. Why can not connect the networking state, during setup the procedure setting of touch

panel?

1) The signal wire A,B may be connected against and short circuit, testing whether signal wire A,Bconnected or cross-wires by instrumentation.
