Muslims need to identify their current location in order to knowprayer times schedule and QiblatDirection.

This app presents an innovative system to determine the real-time

prayer times and the current digitalQiblat

direction usingSmartphone with GPS capabilities.

The benefit of GPS utilized in this system is to obtain accuratelocation information.

GPSolat combination of Global Positioning System (GPS) andSolat.

This app has been developed for Windows Mobile 6. Wereplanning to port this app for Windows Phone and adding a newfeature (auto silent mode)

This menu containsGregorian and Hijri date,Prayer ReminderSchedule of Prayer Times at any location and timeAthan Reciting

The time for each prayer times is referred to

the Universal Time (UT) and convert to Local Timeautomatically.

Prayer times always changing at any timedepends on the current location of user.

In Prayer Reminders menu, it shows the eligible

praying time and the duration lefts for currentprayer time.

It also shows the next prayer time informationand five minutes alarms before the incomingnext prayer time.
