SprayVIS Custom Spray Gun Controller

• Each system comes with a specialised spray gun controller developed inhouse, to replicate the feel, weight and ergonomics of the industry’s leading spray guns.

• The spray gun also incorporates an industry standard air hose and is fitted with removable weights to enable the simulation of up to 1kg of virtual paint.

• Users will be completely immersed in a realistic training experience enabling the honing of their techniques and skills.

• The controller can be used wirelessly or can be tethered using a hose to simulate being attached to a compressor.

Online Profiles

• Each user has an individual account linked withtheir training centre

• User progress is saved within this account to the cloud.

• Users can access their account on any unit in your training centre.

Grading System

• Providing users with constructive feedback at the completion of their exercise.

• Feedback covers multiple areas such as paint coverage, paint usage, time taken, which can be adjusted by trainers to suit their requirements.

• An overall score is then generated based on all combined aspects of performance.

Detailed Training Review

• After users have painted their piece, they are given a grade based on

Performance Review

• Once users have completed the three components of the paint job, they will have the ability to view a virtual playback to review their own ability.

• Distance is also measured and highlighted inthe recording via coloured lines in order to identify areas where the user has come too close or too far from the selected piece.

• The latest recording will be made accessible to the trainer via the analytics app

Student Analytics

• Users can easily assess their progress/improvement for each piece through Historical Analytics incorporated into SprayVIS

• This data is displayed visually on interactive graphs

Online Teachers Portal

• Teachers can also see their student’s progress from within the SprayVIS Online Portal

• Each of your SprayVIS unit details are recorded within the online portal

• The location of each unit can be entered to aid in tracking
