Blue/White Cloning-Qualified
A step beyond typical quality controls for purity and specific activity. Blue/white cloning qualified enzymes are tested in specific subcloning reactions to assure the absence of interfering enzyme activities.

Heat inactivable restriction enzyme. Use with TSAP Thermosensitive Alkaline Phosphatase for rapid cloning application. All other blue/white cloning- qualified restriction enzymes work with TSAP but require enzyme removal with Wizard® SV Gel and PCR Clean-Up System prior to ligation.
