RECRUITMENT PARTNERS: LinkedIn LinkedIn is a business-oriented social networking site. It had more than 90 million registered users, spanning more than 200 countries and territories worldwide. The purpose of the site is to allow registered users to maintain a list of contact details of

people they know and trust in business. It can then

be used to find jobs, people and business opportunities recommended by someone in one's contact network. Employers can list jobs and search for potential

candidates.

Why is LinkedIn supporting AIESEC? LinkedIn is a recruitment partner of AIESEC because they want to increase their reach amongst students. They already have corporate as their members and so, believing the fact that the youth is going to be the leaders of tomorrow, they want

to spread their reach among college going students. As AIESEC is the world’s largest youth run organization, with more than 50,000 members who are students,

they see their aim fulfilled.
