    We are still in need of someone to step forward to be the camp "Color Sgt", responsibfor the flags/stand, etc. to make sure they are at each meeting and event.

    Memory Candle - if you would like to light the candle in Memory or in Honor of someonplease let me know.

    Camp Auction, February 1st - please bring items of interest to raise funds for the CamGrave Markers Project.

    Confederate Heritage Rally 2012 - February 25th, Richmond VA., if we choose not tomarch as a camp in the parade, I hope we can meet/stand together as a camp for theRally near the Lee Monument. We do have a camp banner and flags to use.

    Virginia Division Convention: March 31st - April 1st at Virginia Beach. it will be supporof the camp to have several members attend and represent the camp. If interested,please let me know ASAP so that we can get signed up.

    Adjutant/Treasurer Reportur checking account balance as of December 16th is $2,433.76. Attendance at the January meeting wasembers and 14 visitors. This attendance is excellent given that, due to a scheduling conflict; we held oureeting on Tuesday, January 3rd, rather than Wednesday the 4th as is normally scheduled.

I must submit oplication by March 1st, so please send me a description of any War Between the States related activitiesve in which you have participated and wish to include if you have not already done so.     ebruary is our annual "Auction Night". This has, historically, been one of the most fun meetin

    at we have ever had. Besides being a lot of fun, it accounts for about half of the money our lieasury gets each year. We need a big turnout of members, friends, and families there with mo

    hand and ready to "do battle" in the bidding process. We ask that you bring items to donate f

    e auction, please search through your houses, garages, basements, and attics for those items

    ou no longer use or need and are marketable to our members. Such items as books on the War

    etween the States, relics, militaria, re-enactors equipment, fishing equipment, hunting gear,

    mping gear, edged weapons, pictures, etc. I have never seen anyone turn down a homemade

    ke or pie.

    Speakerse have some good speakers lined up for the upcoming months. If you have a program you w

    ke to present or know of a good program you have heard about please let D.B. Walston know
