Summary February was good to Manhattan Beach real estate investors as major data points revealed inspiring activity. For example, total

sale bumped 40%, market median sales price increased 4.5%, median days to sell dropped 14.8%, net listings rose 19.8%, and the

sales-listing ratio improved by 16.8%.

In the news… According to C.A.R., “Existing, single-family home sales totaled 393,360 in February on a seasonally adjusted

annualized rate, up 2.6 percent from January and 6.4 percent above February
