Summary Investor activity in Redondo Beach residential properties during February produced a 44.1% improvement in total sales, a 38.8% drop in median days to sell, and a 94.9% spike in the sales-listing ratio. Both the median sales price and net listings declined during this period of time (by 2.9% and 26.1% respectively speaking). Year-over-year months of inventory dropped 50% from February 2016 to 2017.

In February, C.A.R. reported “Existing, single-family home sales totaled 420,100 in January on a seasonally adjusted annualized rate, up 2.1 percent from December and 4.4 percent from January 2016.” http://www.car.org/aboutus/mediacenter/newsreleases/2017releases/jan2017sales?view=Standard
