1 PTA NEWS February 15, 2019 is our Domino's Fundraiser. Order any items from the Federalsburg Domino's location (410-754- 7007) Menu any time on Friday, February 15, 2019 and use the code Books, and the PTA will receive 20% of the profits! This fundraiser is in support of the March book fair at FES. Our goal is to earn enough money to buy every student a book! Thank you for your support! February 22, 2019 Cupid Hop FES PTA will be hosting the Cupid Hop from 6:30pm to 7:30pm! Come out for dancing and pictures, and lots of fun! Back by popular demand will be the photo booth! Light refreshments will be available! All students must have a chaperone present throughout the entire event. If you bring a donation for the LT. DAN Delmarva (Local Troops with Disabilities and Needs) you will be entered into a prize drawing that evening. This is so important because in order to do well in school, students must be present, healthy, and ready to learn! And what better way is there to help children stay healthy, than to provide some of that care at school, where students spend the majority of their time! Did you know that Caroline County is the only public school system in the entire state to offer school based wellness center services in each of their schools? Your child has access to the Choptank Community Health School Based Health Center at FES! The FES SBHC is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday during the school day from 8am-4pm. Services include treatment of acute minor illnesses such as strep throat, ear infections, and rash, evaluation and management of sports and related injuries, asthma care and various other health and dental education. Appointments can be made by sending a note to school with your child or calling the Wellness Center during office hours via telephone at 410-754-5857. Orders by April 1st will guarantee a yearbook in your child's hands prior to the last day of school. Car Rider Line We are implementing a new car rider line procedure. In order to increase security and to keep our children safe, please either have your assigned number visible for pickup or identification readily available. When requesting pickup for the end of the day, please identify who will be picking your child up so we can check identification in the car rider line for verification or you will be directed to the front office for pickup.

Book Fair Is Coming!! The book fair will be held in the Media Center during the school day March 11-19 (9am-4pm), March 14th (9am-7pm), and March 15th Family Event (8am-9am).
