Some benefits of CBD use is to relieve pain, inflammation, anxiety, insomnia, nausea and much more. Some misconceptions are CBD is illegal, makes you high, will result in failed drug tests, has to be smoked, only for sick people & takes a long time to work. At the end of the class, everyone received an information packet as well as a gel sample to take with them. The feedback was so positive, it's still buzzing around the Mews. Gabriel became Captain of the USS Dewey. He is the son of the late Thomas R. Garbriel, Sr. and Linda A. Trout and step son of Donald Trout. He is a native of Mullica Hill and a 1996 graduate of The Richard Stockton College of NJ. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Master's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware. He was commissioned through the Officer Candidate School Program in 2001. CDR Gabriel is entitled to wear the Meritorious Service Medal, the Navy Commendation Medal, the Navy Commendation Medal, the Navy Achievement Medal and various unit and campaign awards. He resides in Corondo with his wife Cathy & sons, Justin and Tyler. Captain Gabriel's family is very proud of him and his service to our country. Thank you for your service. Path to Well-Being New Years Eve Fun Residents at the Mews had a rip roaring time at our New Years Eve 2019 event. The energy was flowing throughout the room as they danced the afternoon away to the Mummers strut and and other crowd favorites. Chuck Sikora was our MC and did a fabulous job entertaining everyone! We broke out our Mummers umbrellas that the residents crafted last year which added just the right finishing touch to the party. After a mock countdown, they toasted the old year away with some champagne as the crowd sang Auld Lang Syne. Happy New Year everyone! Thriving

New Years Eve Fun

Residents at the Mews had a rip roaring time at our New Years Eve 2019

event. The energy was flowing throughout the room as they danced the

afternoon away to the Mummers strut and and other crowd favorites. Chuck

Sikora was our MC and did a fabulous job entertaining everyone! We broke

out our Mummers umbrellas that the residents crafted last year which
