MARCH - AUGUST 2021 City of Boulder project. The City of Boulder will be completing intersection and roadway improvements along the south side Colorado Ave. from the west of Regent to 28th Street, and some work along the east side of Regent. Work will maintain through traffic, but require lane closures.

CS-05 ECNW-ECNT Renovations (aka NWNT)

April 2021 - July 2022 A 10' to 20' area around the north and east elevations of NW and the NT loading dock and freight elevator will be closed for the duration of the project. Please be aware, the drivelane leading to lot 444 is shared with the project, so be ready for construction traffic. As part of this Summer and Fall work, parking lots 439, 447, 450, and 454 will be closed from May to late, 2021. Outside of ths time, Campus traffic lanes around the project area will largely be maintained.
