Profession of Faith & Believer’s Baptism If you’ve decided for the first time to put your faith in Jesus and want to be baptized by being immersed in water, you may become a member of our church. Baptism for Membership If you’ve already put your faith in Jesus, but have never followed Him in believer’s baptism by immersion, you may become a member by being baptized. Transfer of Letter If you have assurance of your salvation and have been baptized as a believer and are coming to our church from another Southern Baptist church, you may join by letter. A letter is simply a note from your previous church that states you were a member there. Statement of Faith If you are already a Christian and have fol-lowed the Lord in believer’s baptism, but come from another denomination, you may join our church by statement. “By statement” simply means you already have a personal relationship with Chris and have been baptized by immersion. New Members Class For membership in our church, we ask that you complete a new members class. Next Class: Starts today!!! Signup now! You can let our church know of any decisions during the invitation time given at the conclusion of every service or by speaking to a staff mem-ber. Questions are welcomed and encouraged. Don’t hesitate to ask!!
