WELCOME to the 2015 Vegas Pet Expo at the beautiful Cashman Center.
Our goal with this Expo is to educate and inspire the Vegas pet community. So many pet parents don’t realize just how many resources are available to them locally or have information about the numerous ways that the non-profit community needs their support.
During today’s show hours of 10AM to 6PM, you’ll have an opportunity to discover wonderful resources for the benefit of your furry and feath-ered friends; from adoption to agility demontra-tions and training to supplies, more than 150 rep-utable organizations and companies are available to provide you with the tools and information that you need as a pet parent.
In addition, please check out the variety of non-profit organizations, here in Vegas, which are in desperate need of recognition, donations, volunteers, and - most importantly - loving and committed homes for some deserving animals.
You’ll also want to make sure that you don’t miss our featured presentations on the Entertainment Stage, Canine Obstacle Course, Training Hub, Small Dog Raceway, Reptile Ring, Parakeet Paradise and Bird Demo Ring! From obedience demonstrations to a costume contest and pet first aid tips to volunteer opportunities and endangered species legislation, you’ll be sure to find something that interests you.
Amazing Expos, producer of the 2015 Vegas Pet Expo, is a St. Louis-based (MO) company with a staff of passionate animal lovers. On any given day, you’ll not only find us hard at work, you’ll see that our pet-friendly office is normally crawling with furry assistants (who often aren’t quite as helpful as they think they are).
Whether it’s Roxie and Xander, adopted from St. Louis Boxer Rescue, or Enzo, the resident wild child, wet noses and wagging tails are typically in abundance at work. This isn’t just another show to our staff - this is the realization of a dream to help make a difference in communities across the country. We also know that each community has unique needs and we are always looking for feedback and input from participants and attend-ees alike! 12:00PM: Disc Dogs FreestyleAtomic Dogs Disc dog is the more generic name for what is com-monly called Frisbee dog. In disc dog competitions, dogs and their human flying disc throwers compete in events such as distance catching and choreo-graphed freestyle catching. The sport celebrates
